I love steelseries as a brand, they make some amazing headsets, mousepads and keyboards from my experience but idk about this one, i understand the switches are something special but i dont think it justify the price for a 60% keyboard. I much rather pay less for more and go with the Apex TKL , Apex 7 or Apex 5

Dear consumers beware of purchasing Steelseries 2022 wireless keyboards and if you take a few moments to read this article, you will understand the theory that leads you to buy them and why you should avoid that at all costs so you don't find yourself in the same situation like me. Also, there is a message for Steelseries to take some notes for future untested releases launched in a hurry.
I recently purchased a keyboard from Steelseries, the Apex Pro Mini Wireless but I had to return it because I couldn't accept the software errors it came with, especially since the list price is much higher than other commercial keyboards on the market.
It's a shame because it's a well-balanced keyboard from a mechanical point of view, of the materials used, and it's a pleasure to use it for typing.
Unfortunately, I didn't get to test it on the entertainment side because of certain errors and I still regret that I couldn't reach a compromise to avoid the return.
I would like for them to solve the following issues from the software, which represent the reasons why I made the return:
The battery, according to the software, lasts less than the specified time. The transition from 100% to 85% is done quickly, in less than an hour with the brightness kept at maximum, on the wireless function. It is not a factory defect or a software issue because I got a confirmation from 2 other people that tried this keyboard and stated that the battery fully depleted under 10h of usage. It's not designed to be used at maximum brightness!
Please Steelseries, do specify the battery conditions of usage, as this is very misleading!
You cannot completely disable the "Escape" key light manually or through software while charging in wired mode so that it no longer flashes with a different color than the rest, green. Also, once it is fully charged, 100%, the key stays lit in the respective color (Green Lantern Mode). This is specified in the user manual, but it should be a choice for the consumer and should permit the option to disable it in the software.
Features for the battery indicator that make more sense for them to implement:
    A 3 button press feature with the escape key included to indicate the battery level from F1 to F10 in 10% gradients without having to check the software. If they still want to keep the function of the blinking green color it should be activated on press, to indicate that it's charging;
    Solid green light while charging, which would have reverted to the selected color once the cycle was complete;
    Smooth gradient transitions rather than aggressive light green pings per every second;
Remove entirely the feature as it's not needed. You can observe the battery health within the GG software.
Below I have attached 2 official photos from Rtings.com with the keyboard at maximum and minimum brightness. It is a distracting feature and basically you cannot use it wired due to the intensity of the key that stays lit at maximum brightness (charged) or wireless due to the aggressively flashes at every second (charging). I don't think this feature will be removed since it's designed that way and nothing was done since it was released, a few months ago. Since the battery doesn't last that long (a lot less than 30h with max brightness) you will find yourself in need to often plug the cable. The battery charging indicator is really a troublesome feature.

    i.rtings.com/assets/products/GR7Ezkta/steelseries-apex-pro-mini-wireless/brightness-min-large.jpg
Switching from idle to pairing on Bluetooth is not fast after entering the battery conservation mode, when the functions are closed.
The color profiles for the lights do not remain set, if the connection with the dedicated software is lost. As long as the switch is made to another device where the software is not installed or supported, it will not allow them to be kept.
To set the colors, the connection to the software is always necessary because only 5 light effects can be adjusted from the keyboard functions and it is not possible to select, for example, the color Orange or White (also recommended not to strain your eyes), reference colors associated with the Steelseries brand. Also, the effects cannot be set directly from the keyboard, present on previous models.
For devices that come with IOS, the wake up function is not compatible, without the need to connect the USB-C receiver, for stability.
Once one function on the key is replaced by another, from the software, the keyboard simply freezes and you have to switch it off and on.
Also, in the reviews made by the online promoters, for this model, these aspects were not discussed, mentioned, and i wish that the respective information was more transparent because, after all, we are the consumers. Everything they mentioned negatively was related to the high price, stating the obvious.
I would like Steelseries to do something about the user's choices in the software so that all settings can be saved on both Bluetooth / Wired / Wireless on a single profile and to be able to configure the effects and colors without depending entirely on the software.
In their defense, the company does make quality products, when they want to, though i don’t think they proceeded in the right way with the wireless variant, especially on the marketing side since they weren’t that transparent nor tried to fix some of the mentioned issues, since it was released.
What's important is the action Steelseries should take after this constructive feedback. Also, I wish they offered a better support since I tried to contact them about this problems and got evasive responses.
If you are unsure about this keyboard, undecided to buy it and wondering if some mentioned features, software issues have been fixed, that information can be checked here techblog.steelseries.com/

      UPDATE 1:
I bought another unit to test it more rigorously and after it was completely discharged it didn't want to charge overnight above 60%, it froze at that threshold! To fix this issue, I had to unplug and plug the wire! I want to mention that I had several keyboards from other manufacturers and so far I have not got my hands on any that had this many problems at once!
I encourage you to stay far away from the wireless version! I do not recommend it at all since you will most likely return it. Also, if you finally decide to give it a go, don't think about trying your luck with another unit since they all have these problems.
I'm "glad" that instead of focusing on fixing these issues for products already released in the market and taking into account what other consumers are saying, they did the exact opposite and rushed with the release of the "TKL Apex PRO wireless" version... If it will have the same problems, it will simply cause you to lose all trust and hope in the company.
Having a minimal design, being compact and comfortable to type on doesn't worth all the other headaches it comes with!
Battery issues and Green flashes that can provoke acute dizziness are unacceptable!
      UPDATE 2:
It took 7 hours to charge from 60% to 80%, and after i plug out the cable, the battery immediately dropped from 80% to 70% and apart from that i experienced another issue with 2 keys ("enter" + " \ " keys) that weren't responsive in terms of RGB colors. Those buttons were also deactivated from the GG software and they were grayed out, undetectable, impossible to select. Switched on and off the keyboard multiple times, switching between connectivity features, until they became responsive and I could again select them but that also reset the color selected for the other key lights.
In theory, I got almost half a battery that will last 5 instead of 10 hours, GG = Good Game!
STEELSERIES THIS IS BEYOND RIDICULOUS! YOU ARE MESSING WITH YOUR CONSUMERS BIG TIME! FIX THE EXISTENT ISSUES BEFORE RELEASING OTHER PRODUCTS!
If you can't possibly fix them after 2 months do what's expected of you and arrange a mass recall.
      UPDATE 3:
If you want to modify something from BIOS, the keyboard doesn't work at all wired or wireless with the receiver included.
It seems that every day I can find new issues with this keyboard.
      UPDATE 4:
After almost a whole day in which I tried to charge the keyboard, with a lot of "unorthodox solutions" I managed to charge it completely to 100%. Yes, it takes a full day to charge it and less to drain the battery.
I also use it wired more than the Wireless / Bluetooth mode to avoid charging and to get rid of the green aggressive flashes, although that defeats the whole purpose of owning it. I do not mind that much the green steady light from the "escape" key when it's fully charged, but I'd rather not have it at all.
      UPDATE 5:
For some reason after staying charged for quite some time, I have experienced a situation where the keyboard wasn't able to connect in Wireless mode with the receiver plugged into my PC or tablet. Connection reset after plugging in and out the receiver multiple times.
First row of the keyboard was blinking in white color without pairing.
It's really frustrating for me to identify so many issues while trying to use it in normal scenarios.
      UPDATE 6:
GG Software is beyond terrible and full of bugs. It seems that after installing the latest update, GG 26.0 released on October 19th, the app crashes completely, can't fix it even if you try to follow the most obvious steps like ending the task process, running the app in administrator mode or restart the computer. I don't know if everyone gets the respective bug, but I'm sure I'm not the only one. The only solution is to reinstall the app. Also, if you happen to not have a registered account, you will most likely lose your saved data since the profiles don't save themselves on the keyboard.
Of course I "prayed" that they would fix the mentioned issues and the obvious "Steelseries solution" was to ignore them even though I posted them on several community channels and messaged the "support team".
IT HAS BEEN A MONTH SINCE I KEEP ADDRESSING THESE ISSUES TO THEM AND HAVEN'T FIXED EVEN 1 OF THEM, IT'S QUITE DISTURBING!
It seems like a lot of things are wrong and there is no willingness on their part to improve, but I can't say it was a shock because I expected it. A shock to me was that the update came with other bugs.
I admit the last thing I bought from them was 3 years ago and I was very happy as I didn't have to log into their software. This time, their products are quite dependent on the GG interface.
They rush to release untested products that lead to quality issues, consumer dissatisfaction, and have the worst support I've experienced from a company.
My attitude and thoughts towards the company changed 180 degrees.
The whole story seems to be inspired by cartoons, with a weird sense of humor :)
All that they could do in a month was to offer me a discount code, for my troubles, missing the general idea of my posts that is to raise the consumers awareness and in the same time is addressed for Steelseries to fix those problems, especially since I am not the only one that reported them.
Also, they perfectly are aware that I will never use it since it applies only for the merchandise sold on their site exclusively for their country. Before that I have sent them the documents for the purchase of the keyboard and they could clearly see the name of the product, serial code, and that the content is in another language.
It does not apply for any local stores and if by any chance I would be interested in buying directly from them, the shipment taxes will still be higher than the asking price since I am not in their country or in its proximity.
Some might perceive this as a form of mockery since they also promised that they will look into those issues.
      Final note:
I had such high hopes for this keyboard that I expected something like this to hit the market from a company I used to admire so much.
IN THE FUTURE, I WILL DEFINITELY STAY AWAY ENTIRELY FROM THIS BRAND!
I still agree that the best keyboard from Steelseries, in all aspects, design, ergonomics, price, reliability, typing experience, sturdiness, cable thickness, non-software dependent, RGB brightness, a Jack of all trades, was the M750 Apex. I bought 2 of those keyboards just to have a backup in case something goes wrong. Surprisingly, I did not touch the second one and now wanted to buy a newer version, which at first glance offered everything I ever needed. Unfortunately, appearances were more than deceiving for their latest keyboard release.
I would also like to mention that there are some reviews where users or promoters complain about the sturdiness of this keyboard. It's really not built like a tank, but you'll never notice this if you use it under normal conditions and don't try to bend it. I'd like to think this was intentional, to reduce weight, with portability in mind. A relatively light keyboard that you can carry everywhere. For example the "Logitech MX keys" keyboard, if you try to bend it, it will break, but if you don't abuse it and use it under normal conditions, you will never have problems with it.

Software still has not updated and its been almost 6 months due to many errors. The green flashing ESC button is very annoying while plugged in. No matter how long I plug in the Keyboard to charge via my computer it never fully charges, have to literally plug it into a wall USB-C to get the capability to unlock the wireless aspect. I have contacted support, and they told me to either save my Steelseries GG settings on their cloud and redownload the launcher, or to reset my USB drivers for the keyboard, yet none has worked. This keyboard is complete trash, and i'm considering the Wooting 60he as it has a faster actuation and build quality.

@jackdanyal4329 I don't think a non mechanical keyboard can have 0.1mm actuation point and rapid trigger. The reason they look better is cause they spend all the money on the looks and it makes performance way worse but makes customers want to buy it while with the Apex Pro Mini the looks don't matter because they use all of it on performance because it's for gaming.
