I was 5 when Phantom Menace came out but I still remember watching the movie in the theaters and being enthralled with the music and the Jedi/Sith fight scenes in Naboo. I know this movie is hated among most star wars fans but when I was a young kid, I felt it was one of the best movies ever made.
I think The Phantom Menace is actually very well regarded by most fans. I did not enjoy the prequels as much the OT, but I would gladly watch any of them again. The world building in TPM was particularly fantastic.
The Phantom Menace (and indeed the prequel trilogy) are not hated by 'most fans'. They get most of their hate from boomers and Gen X who were kids when the original trilogy came out and - as adults, the prequel trilogy lacked magic simply because they were now adults and weren't looking at it through that childhood lens. Millennials and Gen Z who watched the prequels as kids loved them - and found them just as enjoyable as older people found the Oridge-Tridge when they were kids themselves.
También es mi planeta favorito. Muchas escenas de la pelicula, se filmaron en mi tierra y concretamente en Sevilla. Besos desde España. Que la fuerza te acompañe.
Could you imagine this was actually the real human YOU walking through this place and seeing another civilisation alive and beautiful as this one is. An extra level (potentially creepier) is how odd it would be to be there without any life-forms around as you walk through empty streets trying to figure out where they all went...
So beautiful. I'd prefer Alderaan, honestly, but this is quite lovely. Though I do wish the video moved through all the locations like it does in the first part.
What's the name of the 1:40:45 - 1:43:45 part ? It seems familiar to me. Maybe it's from swtor ? It's so anguishly beautiful, and peaceful at the same time.
Hey what are those animations and scenes from? Do you use these scenes from a Star Wars video game or have you modelled, animated and designed all by yourself? This really pleasant and enjoyable to watch and hear. Have you just mixed the music from different sources? It is just wonderful how people create such beautiful videos :).
These scenes come from a modded version of Battlefront 2, and the music comes from a variety of different sources which you can find in the description. Glad you liked it!
May the 4th be with you and never piss of the Sith? 😂great video Hollywood! Sorry if my joke doesnt mke since. I have only seen the original movies back in the 80's 😂
Good ear! Yes I do apply some processing to a number of songs to keep the volume steady - better for "easy listening" that way. A lot of people also watch my content on TV's - which means the audio gets processed in all sort of weird ways so I try to preemptively normalize the audio.
@@HollywoodMagicHaha thanks mate! I'm a sound engineer so I'd hope my ear's good 😬😂 that's fair! Yeah it's not overly noticeable but you could probably increase the attack time and reduce the ratio a little on the compressor, with this kind orchestral stuff and those long swells you can get away with a slightly less noticeable compression 😁
Appreciate the advice - and you're right...those more gradual swells don't really need a sharp "cut-off". Can you give me a timestamp where the compression is really noticeable to you? I'd like to go back and play around with some of my settings to fine-tune a bit. Thanks!
Just found your channel. So many beautiful, and meticulously well-crafted videos! Subscribed, my friend! (By the way your creations are too good, for you to be having the sh!ty "Hollywood" as part of your channel's name)
Naboo, although not glimmering like the skyscrapers of Coruscant or many of the wealthy corewolrds has it's merit of being the suburbs of the galaxy idyllic for raising a family or simply retiring.
Imagine if Disney had based Galaxy's Edge on Naboo instead of their made up original planet instead? The theme could have been characters from around the Galaxy (like Han in his Falcon) visiting Naboo.
Dude, when i saw the thumbnail i legutimately thought to myself "huh, is this that star wars exhibition at disneyland thay people have been talking about?" I dont know if that means this game is really good looking or if i need to go back to my optometrist
As I begin this day, help me to remember that I belong to you. Guide my spirit through your wisdom so that I do not stumble or falter as I walk in your path. Amen.
I can't recommend traveling to Naboo. For one thing, there are relentless numbers of pigeons everywhere. And unlike earth pigeons, they are as active at night as they are during the day. It's difficult to even walk down any street and enjoy the architecture because they are either underfoot trying to trip you or flying in your face.😄
My god, this game has held up so well over the years. The lighting and set dressing is impeccable. So much so that this could have been an RPG
It's full of hackers
@@michaelrothacher1705then stop playing on fuckin PC kid
It’s from a movie
@@neilwiththedealFootage is from the Battlefront 2 (2017)
@@neilwiththedeal music is from the movies and the Old Republic games (2001, 2003, 2011)
The music from Jedi Survivor and Fallen Order fits so seamlessly into John Williams's Star Wars sound. It's a brilliant contribution.
Gordy Haab and Stephen Barton did some excellent work with those soundtracks

I was 21 and left the movie theater mesmerized. "Star Wars is back!" I thought back then.
It's mostly just hated by embittered OT-fans for failing to turn back time for them.

Ненавидели его фанаты Оригинальной трилогии, которым тогда уже было за 30 лет.
Но потом все изменилось, когда пришли они...
If there was one place in the Star Wars universe i'd like to visit IRL, it is Naboo.
go to sevilla xd
Reminds me of Rome from images...
Mustafar 👹
Come to Europe. Looks the same here.
It’s literally south Europe
The kindness in these comments is overwhelming. Thank you all!
We try to keep it a positive and happy place around here...welcome!
Wonderful. This is real Star Wars.
Well thank you!
May The 4th Be With You!
Naboo is my favorite city, and it looks gorgeous in Battlefront 2.
Both Battlefront 1 and 2 still look amazing after several years.
Naboo is the planet. The capital city is called Theed :)
The first track is incredible
Long live Alderaan!
and it's not Naboo
It’s like Italy 🇮🇹
I would like 8 hrs of Dantooine ❤

YAY! I love your Naboo ambiance videos! makes me feel like I'm really there
This is absolutely delightful
Happy Star Wars Day everyone!
Hey, this longer video format is a great idea. You should definitely give a raise to whoever suggested it 🙂👍
haha - thanks Violet!
I'd love there to be a star wars VR MMORPG where players could visit places like Naboo.
Star Wars Galaxies was the closest thing to that.
Hey I just wanna thank you for all this content 😊 It's very relaxing 😌 I appreciate the hard work you put into it! Have a great day :)
You're welcome! Thank you for watching!
Dantooine theme at 21:00 ♥♥

The beautiful things that took place here. It hurts to think of the tragedy.

Yeah ı used to lıve here when ı worked ın real estate
Anyone know the song starting in 41:12 ? Sounds like a tune from Fallen Order maybe.
I got SWTOR war flashbacks from the opening music 😭
“How do you know my name?”
“I know more about you than just your name.”
-Palpatine and Darth Plagueis

May the 4th Ever Serve You All! Very very good quality video we have here.

Such a great video this is my go to for studying currently (how did you get this footage with no other players, and not get kicked for afk?!)
Making these videos requires a number of mods, including a few that I've made myself. That's the only way to make this work as far as I know.
Could you please share them? I would very much like to do it as well on other planets@@HollywoodMagic

What mod did you use that gets rid of the debris and barricades?
How did you manage to record the environment without there being any bots or anything like that?
How do you storyboard a video project like this?
I just plan everything out in my head - I've never drawn or written down anything in the planning for any of my videos. To each their own!

Clearly inspired by the Palace of Fine Arts in San Francisco.
Sheev Palpatine is killing his family right now lol. This beautiful place spawned evil.
tracklist please!
Which game is this? And which platform?
This is Battlefront 2 on PC
who made this?? its very well done yet I can't see Lucasfilm having a hand in this
Theed.
🥳
The odd thing is all the birds fluttering around naboo, and it's not covered in bird shit.
Who’s your favorite actor in this?
In The Phantom Menace you mean?
"Naboo ambient music"
First theme is Alderaan...
Yousa tinkin yousa people ganna die?
Fucking TH-cam ads AHHHHH!!!!!!
Sometimes us men can be pretty stupid huh.
But did you put a chick in it and make it gay?
Fortunately disney did not have anything to do with the production of this video
