Love this. I think the sigh out loud does something. I discovered this a while ago and started doing it one day and felt it was relieved stress, but I forgot about it until this video :) It might be something to do with the vagus nerve etc which I was looking into at the time. I was reading somewhere that people who do voice training to sing tend to have less stress or it's good for general health (can't remember exactly what it said, but anyway it was something positive). Probably their body doing sound healing from the inside. It's nice to see you again and thanks for the videos.
Thanks for commenting, and you are most welcome! Try humming to songs that you like, notice how it feels in your chest. Your hum is unique to you and can calm the entire body. You can hum during a meditation as well - or chant, if you like. The key is to feel it in your chest. Let me know how you make out!
