I just heard this song for the very first time today (January 17, 2023) after it popped up on my Pandora and I thought, is that Basia? Sure enough it is her! I used to LOVE Basia. Saw her in concert twice! Once in Sacramento and again at the Nokia Theater in Los Angeles. Basia, we love you!
As she was starting to achieve success and fame, she experienced tragedies in her life that rendered her unable to perform for years. But she eventually returned. I met her in NYC during her comeback tour. Her music and singing are amazing.
@@Robbyrool JUST listened to a full Album yesterday! I think of her so often. what her life is like in the country of GB. What does she do every day? She has a son who is at least 40. This is about ALL I know. She and Danny are still very close but she lives with a partner of 30 years!!! Not the one I would have wished for her but if she's happy! I understand her voice can't be the same, but if they would tour in US, I would fly to them!!! And there is No Basia without Danny! I think she is just as beautiful today!
