Good stuff here. I've been doing the walk to hands for a few weeks with some pretty small flyers but need to step up my game.. so taking these progressions step by step with a heavier flyer should really help out. And in between I might try that Spiderman impression 😅
@@StuntCulture hey don't worry I guess you're still settling in! Yeah actually after I posted this comment I did a session with a taller flyer who I wasn't sure I'd get very far with, but we did pretty well. The ground stunting was hard, couldn't quite get on balance, but we got up in the walk to hands. The thing that helped me most was thinking about bringing the right foot up with both hands to about eye level before going for the other foot. Really needed to apply technique because of her being a bit bigger than I'm used to. Since that practice I think the walk-ins have been more stable in general :)
Me too! These are super helpful. I’m a base and my younger sister is flyer so I practice with her at home, but she gets super scared of being high up when she’s stunting 😂
Hello, recently I have been trying to perform the walk-in to chest but i cant, I only managed to raise the flyer to the height of my abdomen, I can't raise it explosively and I can't find exercises to take it to a direct extension for example
We have 3 walk up teams in our routine this year, and I'm the only all girl team, and without an assist touching it!! So proud of myself

Thanks Nathan 😃 sorry for the slow reply 😢 how have your walk to hands been going? Have you been trying them with taller flyers?
