I haven't seen any people with scooters on the island. The paved pathways will work great with them. We have to have a scooter when we're there or we may just use the shuttles.
Very nice video! I did see on another vlog that the island is netted off top of water into the sand from the ocean to prevent marine life from getting too close to swimmers. If that's the case it would explain the snorkeling experience you had. We're looking forward to our visit there in a couple of weeks. Thank you for such a wonderful overview!
