This laptop seems to be a very good business laptop! Eyesafe technology was also integrated with the XPS lineup, btw. And battery life is superb for a 4K display! Thanks for the review, and see you at the live, Andrew!
This is an okay PC. Like the ability to easily open the machine but upgrading is very limited. The webcam was a little blurry and the microphone sounded not great but okay. For the price of this PC I think one would be better off going with the HP Spectre for the money. It has a 15 in screen and a full size ten key. For business users of Excel the Spectre or even the HP Envy 15 inch makes more sense. Again another great review by the reviewer as always.
My company gave me one of these. I wish it was bigger (keyboard is small) and wish it had an Ethernet port. Wifi only option is not good especially if your at a location that has wifi misconfigured for voice etc. Always hardwire if it’s an option
The business lapton can't be marked more than 3 of 5 in case it has keyboard without dedicated page_up/page_down keys, and with a small up/down keys - just my opinion and the main reason why i prefer business laptops. I'm happy with 7480, but will avoid 7410 cause of it's keyboard layout like on cheap laptops.
After getting BSOD errors on my 13R3, replacing both ram sticks eliminated the problem for good a year ago. Needless to say I might never buy a laptop without replaceable ram.
Dell today is what Sony Vaio was. Superb quality for business. That web cam looked a bit blurry? Also Business laptops should have touch and pen. And be convertable. Dell has always been focused on Business products. But this has potential of becoming a Macbook replacer too. Good review!
Hey Andrew, do you have any idea how good the DELL VESTRO 7500 is? It's on sale at the moment so I didn't know if you had any information regarding. Would this review be similar to that product?
I got this laptop from work. However, they are not getting us docking stations for a while. I see Dell docking stations that are $150+. Anyone using a cheaper or recommend a socks g station to hook up multiple monitors?
Hi Andrew, great video reviews. Do you recommend overall 7410 over 7400. I like 7400 because ram can be upgradeable, however what are your thoughts if both had same specs like i7 and 16gb ram (storage is upgradeable on both) what you will choose for daily use? Thanks and Keep Up the great work!
The webcam is acceptable. I wouldn't call it better than that, but its at least acceptable. I exepct we're going to start seeing laptops released with improved webcams and mics. Anything that's a post-covid design, you'd think. I'm an attorney. My number of video calls prior to covid was approximately 0 per week. Now, they are regular, and court appearances are via zoom. I actually end up using my iPad pro for these because its front cam and mic are so much better than what my laptop has. You can bet that my next laptop purchase will be of something with a webcam that can do 1080p @ 60fps with good audio quality. 720p @ 30fps is a total no-go showstopper for me.
@@andrewmarcdavid Seems inevitable with how covid has accelerated the trend of companies having people work from home. Even once we come out the other side of the pandemic, I expect a lot of work from home to stick around.
No, DELL 7410 is not a good laptop for Professional. Although I am used to buy a new DELL laptop every one to two years, I just bought the 7410 and am very diseapointed. The quality of the screen is not at all adapted to professionals and DELL does not answer my request for changing it !
Good review, but Dell is working hard to make its latitude look and built like an old Macbook. Same trackpad look, same keyboard look, more and more soldered stuff on the motherboard, less and less options for upgrades. What's next... glued battery? I want a PC, not a Mac.
Sir, the quality of your reviews are second to none! Truly professional review of every aspect of the laptop, I'll be subscribing!

Thanks and see you in a bit!
For me, business class does mean that I have at least the option to get it with the fastest notebook cpu (Ryzen 4800U from AMD).

really hope dell will start to make amd version of their laptops.
Me too, me too
They already made so many

Amazing review. Thorough and concise. Great job!
nice review. But which is better Precision 5530 or Latitude 7410? I am choosing which one to use for Business and it's pretty urgent. Thanks!
Hey, are we doing live at 1pmET, 10am PT?
Yes 👍
Which gen is this

Does hp envy x360 15 that you reviewed comes with two ssd slots???

I can't believe how manufacturers still get away with putting the absolute worst cameras in their laptops in 2020 - wow.
Thanks for the review!
I can't agree with you more!
what is the main difference between 7310 and 7410? which one is better?
Is it good for programming and edit on photoshop?
Is there a stylus that will work with this computer's touchscreen?

Thanks! There is a 2-in-1 version of this as well
can this model work as 2 in 1. tab and pc?
Always liked the 7000 series from DELL.
what is the difference between 7310 2 in 1 and 7410 2 in 1?
Impressive battery life for a laptop with UHD display

I have not tested that laptop so I really can't give an opinion unfortunately.
Please review on lenovo yoga duet 7i. Please compare with surface pro versions.

I have the same question- I have a 2 in 1 choice between 7400 or 7410
Love the review!
Hey Andrew, on your opinion what is the best laptop under 1050 dollars? With the best quality?
HP Envy x360
@@andrewmarcdavid thanks man!
@@andrewmarcdavid also I would love to see you review the huawei matebook 13 refresh for 2020, that would be incredible! Waiting for that!
So my Latitude is the last Latitude 700 series you can still upgrade the ram on? Sad! Why follow Lenovo and Apple I don't know.
Hp omen 15 review pls....
Very nice and robust laptop, I just can imagine battery with full hd and 300 nits..wow
Awesome display :)

acceptable is generous...but off course I might be spoiled coming from Surface....to me this webcam is HORRIBLE
COMING UP !!!

Mine got an issue, shuts randomly

$2000 for those thick bezels, in this day and age?

Dell should launch their laptop with new tiger lakes cpu
New version of coming up 😅👍
I watched a ad for you.
👊
All New for 2020 Coming Up.
65 watts power adapter? wow.. it's 10 watts more than power adapters of modern smartphones))
Battery does not last very much. Must be close to an outlet.
I wish people would stop buying the laptops with soldered in ram and wifi, give dell a message that we dont want that.
All these new business cute metal notebooks have a major downside - no RJ45. I don't like dongles.

Waiting on Dell
2 x Thunderbolt 3 ?? No, thats 2 x usb-c !!
I really really wont this laptop with Ryzen 4800U

The webcam is HORRIBLE
