    You did a great job. It really helps to understand the communities and the prices.

    Great Information! Excellent video. Thanks for sharing.
    I hear NW Calgary are more sort after but most of these are on the west side. Are they more value for money compared to NW?

    • @ChamberlainGroup
      @ChamberlainGroup  ปีที่แล้ว

      Great question. Some of these areas are higher priced than NW. So hard to say. This list is very diverse.

    deer run is insane we spent 9 months trying to buy and they sold before we could even get our relator and go see them. anything priced right is gone in hours. right now a 2 bedroom backing on to the highway is 580k. New Brighton is built to close to the dump and the water around the parks starts to stink really bad when it doesn't rain enough. Also 130th ave and that McKenzie round about really suck for trafific so unless your in that industrial area it sucks to get home from work.

      It’s hard to explain to some people what the market is really doing because of what the rest of the country is doing. When your looking it can be challenging and we really focus as a team getting our clients in asap if it’s a good property.

      @@ChamberlainGroup I would say at least 80% are insane $699,000 for a small bungalow in Queensland, its been up for months no one is paying that if it was under 500 it would be gone in a few days

    Topic you could talk about, property for investment! Is it better to invest in Calgary or nearby cities?

    • @ChamberlainGroup
      @ChamberlainGroup  ปีที่แล้ว

      We have discussed this in some past videos, but ultimately it's hard to give a general statement on what is best, because every investor has unique needs and expectations. Would you be open to chatting more? info@chamberlaingroup.ca or 587-316-5400 are best ways to connect with us!

    THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO RENT IS COMPLETELY MADNESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    • @ChamberlainGroup
      @ChamberlainGroup  ปีที่แล้ว

      That would be frustrating. The rental market is tight like the resale market. What avenues, price and areas are you looking?
