Just can’t believe how much info you give in each and every videos! I bought your courses on Udemy Got to get back to it and complete them ! So much info for an older brain:,! Just love it! You are such a Great generous teacher A mine of Gold Merci 🙏 blessings beaucoup! Jeanne😅
Dear Arthur, your piano tutorial is incredibly clear and well-paced, making it feel quickly approachable. Thanks a bunch for such excellent instruction
Grazie Arthur. Magnifico videotutorial. Tra gli altri a me è piaciuto moltissimo l'ultimo pattern della mano sinistra, anche se piuttosto complicato da suonare insieme alla melodia della mano destra,. almeno fin quando non si ottiene una buona indipendenza della due mani. Grazie mille ancora.
What a great tutorial Arthur , I think improvisation is the most difficult challenge about playing the piano ( and scariest !! ) but with this lesson you've made it look doable 😊 , I will be watching this video on repeat for a while 🤣 , wish I could give it a thumbs up every time , thank you so much for this 💖
Thanks Patricia i’m pleased it all makes sense. And once you get more familiar with all the techniques it will get easier and easier to incorporate them all into your improvisations. Enjoy! 🙂
Amazing, brilliant way to teach.. I am very much impressed by the way you taught.. Being an older beginner your tutorial is very helpful.. Thanks.. Please do guide later also.. ❤
You definetelly should register in something like 'buy me a coffee' service. So all our appreciations is going to be straitforward and easy. Thank you very much for your efforts, I bought your udemy cources, they'are amazing.❤
Very very good explained, love your exercises!🙏🎹😉 It's a great help to learn to play the piano. Thank you very much and all the best for you, M. Johanna
Thanks! I don't have a full course specifically on cinematic improvisation, however there is a 2 hour section in my chords course on improvisation. You can take a look here: courses.birdspianoacademy.com/p/the-ultimate-piano-chords-course
You helped me a lot. I didn’t even know the # 1. So no need to say - l like this or that. I like all of them. For all are beautiful to me. I like it a lot. Gimme more like these. I want to impress friends and family with easy but beautiful patterns in all keys easy to memorize. You did good to start with the scale of C. IF you have more in C bring them up. When will master them, l will follow you in all the other keys. For now I stay in this key. God bless. 🙏
Hi Tim, yes absolutely you can mix and match everything in this tutorial. And the more comfortable you become with the different techniques the easier it will be to do so. Also I’ve included some exercises towards the end that will help you to get used to playing with your right hand over the top of the left hand rhythm patterns. Thanks i’m pleased you like it. 🙌🏻🎹
Hi Ben, I do sometimes include notes or letters in some of my videos, but with it being improvisation there were so many variations. In hindsight I could have included some notation examples though. Thanks for the suggestion.
Great, yes it will help you to be able to do that! If you decide to buy any more of my courses make sure to check out my website first as you may be able to get them cheaper: courses.birdspianoacademy.com, especially if you use the code TH-cam30.
Hi Arthur it's been a while but I stumbled upon this and my interest was immediately piqued. As always, you didn't disappoint! As you know I am an advanced player but I really struggle with Improv like a lot of people who have been traditionally trained in the classical realm lol! So thank you, this really does help alleviate anxiety for me when I hear the word improvisation. It's good to see that you're starting to do more advanced-oriented stuff. I see you still haven't finished your PDF lol! You must be busy lol! Thank you once again. Looking forward to the next one.
Hi Scarlette, Yes I am busy, apologies about the pdf. Many people think that I'm improvising is some kind of mysterious musical magic, but I find breaking it down into manageable stages makes it much more accessible when teaching it. I'm pleased you found it helpful! :)
