I absolutely love this game! They did such a great job turning this into a solo/cooperative experience. It's also always great to see a Colin playthrough. Keep up the amazing work guys.

My wife and i played Adventures today, and we got Goblin Horde for our level IV fight. We didn't look at the enemies beforehand, so we didn't know what to expect (or possible strategies to set up)..... but I had gotten a Wither on me several minions beforehand, and decided not to remove it (and just keep suffering the effects), because I had the card that lets me transfer a status effect from one player to another player. And since the rule book says that minions and bosses are considered both "Players" and "Opponents", I figured I would put Wither on the level IV boss, to help us with that fight. Little did we know, that one little Wither status effect, I had been saving, would make it impossible for Goblin Horde to kill us. Even if we got down to 1 Health, the Goblin Horde would do 0.5 Damage (so 1 Damage, because you round up)...but he would actually do 0 damage, because of Wither. Made the fight super easy.

The most memorable 6 moment I have happened towards the end of a game of Shadows of Brimstone. It was do or die, 6 or I would lose, my last re roll! Chucked the die, it missed the tray completely, hit a card holder, bounced off it back into the dice tray and landed dead, on a 6! It was the way the die didn't bounce or roll in the tray that added a certain something to the moment! lol
I know I'm a bit late to the party but really appreciate these playthroughs. Decided to splurge on Season One/Adventures for Christmas present for myself and it's great to have a walkthrough like this. :)

I'm confused about the goblin horde's damage, Colin? It says half YOUR health, not the horde's. Does "your" take the perspective of the card (ie, if that were on a player card, it would obviously mean the player's health) or is it from the player's perspective given this is a solo game? If it's the latter, you were calculating the damage wrong.
@@OneStopCoopShop I respect your confidence, but is there anything in the game rules to help us lesser, normie players figure this one out? :) You're playing a solo game and the card says "your." You knew the your referred to the horde. I thought it applied to the player or "me" because I'm the one reading the card. (Loved watching the play-through, by the way)
I think the whole point is that you are weakening the goblin horde when you hurt it. So it would deal less and less damage the less health it has.@@genXstream
Question.. never played Dice Throne. But from what I can tell that set does not come with the miniatures that you get in Dice Throne Adventure... are you allowed to use characters from Dice Throne in Dice Throne adventures? I guess I'd have to 3D print something to represent the character. Also... can you use Dice Throne Adventure characters to play normal Dice Throne style? It appears that's possible . EDIT: NM. Went to their website. Apparently there are no characters with DTA. It's just an expansion to DT. So I guess that answers that lol
Thank you for the video. I've done only a solo beginning of campaign (two scenarios). With the gunslinger caracter. It has been very difficult for me to win the first scenario. And i've lost twice the second. Have you played another scenarios with different caracters ? Because actually the difficulty is too high for me... Hard to win a scenario. And it has me 'disgusted' me a bit (no another party now)...
If you check out the Playlist I finished the entire campaign with 4 different heroes. I've heard certain characters are not as good in adventure mode so maybe give a different one a go? So far the treant has been my favorite!

If it says spawn a monster it might not be at the level of the tile itself. If it's just in the corner of the tile you spawn the level of the enemy based on the tile level!

Didn't you have to deal 2 because of the shuriken and 1+1 because of the 2 swords during the lost swordman fight??

It’s half the players health. It says does half “your” health. Your is referring to the player not the boss.
Nope it is half the bosses health. Otherwise you'd never lose to the guy! Your is assuming you are playing as the boss. Check on bgg!
