God Bless America The Beautiful - Roger Boykin

These two American anthems are fused here in a string quartet arrangement by Roger Boykin who is the composer and arranger for the Heritage String Quartette. It is included in their repertoire of patriotic songs which includes the national anthems of the United States, Canada, and Mexico. It is hoped that the two heard here, both of which were composed by Americans are appreciated on the same level as "The Star Spangled Banner." The quartette also has in its book "Lift Every Voice And Sing" which is often played at sports events these days.
During this time when Americans are about to elect new representatives and a president we should remember how beautiful this country is and how it has been blessed with numerous natural resources and great people from around the world. We need to cease the hatred, vitriol, and cruelty and share this great land that God has given us, in brotherhood and love. Let's Make America truly Great At Last. MAGAL.
