I like how you reasoned your decision among the three school. Very mature method to reject NYU in order to have a fully rounded experience in your 4 years. The fact is that Stern is great but you can get to anywhere their graduates can get into as long as you just interview well, it pretty much just depends on that. Be fully studied-up before the interview and maybe even do the coterminal 5 year accelerated program to get your masters in order to have the edge over stern graduates, who knows. The one thing I know about Stern is that NYU was the most expensive of all the school my kids applied to every time. Lehigh was second most expensive. Good luck to you, Great vid.

I too took bio accel and did really bad and lowered my GPA massively, and I will still be trying to boost it back up. Also taking AP chem in junior year and plan to take AP Bio and AP calc Bc in senior year too lol Wishing you the best of luck at Villanova, it’s a great school I’m sure you’ll be happy there! (:

Jimin You Got No Jams I completely agree with the comment before mine! To get into these schools, it is really important that you find a great leadership position that stands out. Maybe get involved in political organizations or publish your writing somewhere! Really make sure your challenging yourself to the best of your abilities! Take advantage of all AP/IB courses your school offers. My friend Maya was a great student and really stood out in her outside of school extracurriculars, and she was accepted into Columbia and will be going this fall. I’ll have her comment below me to give you some more advice!

Caitlin Smith i go there! :) nyu is right in the middle of greenwich village in manhattan so it has the vibes of that neighborhood. it is certainly not your traditional college campus as the nyu buildings are integrated into the city- so we still have dorms, dining halls, student and health centers, bookstore, etc, but they are scattered a bit around the village (though the main buildings are pretty centralized to washington square park, which we treat as our campus green space). you’re not in a college bubble at all and are very much a part of the hustle and bustle of nyc/“the real world” which i really appreciate but it definitely depends on the person!

No one from my school gets into UPenn. When you go to college, don’t drink alcohol. That leads to trouble. Nova has a good business school. You made the right choice. However, I still can’t understand why so many students have trouble with bio. You just have to remember stuff.

Latina Legacy 1500 super score rejected by UPenn is a headscratcher.
It is a super high score but stats aren't everything. And 1500 is average for UPenn
Also I’m pretty sure she applied to UPenn Wharton which is also even more ridiculously selective (correct me if I’m wrong)
