Sate (indonesian for satay) combined with peanut sauce is INDONESIAN NOT THAI. Anything else is grilled meat on skewer as any culture has its own version. We don't cook pad thai and call it pad indo.

It’s like a sweeter version of ginger. Ginger powder along with some sugar does the job

Fish sauce works great. Just depends if you’re serving people that are picky about traditional ingredients. As you can see from the kraft peanut butter, i’m not one or those people 😝

It does say EASY peanut sauce. Lemon out of a bottle is the easiest method 😝
@@Indo_chef I'm a purist about that. Besides, it's almost as easy to squeeze a lemon as to open a bottle and pour it out. 🙂 (Anyway, I did watch to the end and will make this - with lemon juice my way LOL.)

Of course it is, but a lot of people don’t have a blender. If I make the recipe too easy I’ll get haunted by my ancestors 😝
