just made this with these ingredients and.... SUPER DELICIOUS!! 😋👌 (normally I make finely chopped onion jam and add whole bunch of herbs, coriander, ginger, chilli flakes, cumin, garlic, ketjap manis, brown sugar all bring to the boil in vegetable stock, then add roasted peanut butter to desired consistency and to make a glossy finish a spoon of lemon juice. delicious as a topping on fries)

Thankyou that looks good,…and easy. I have been chasing a particular flavor peanut sauce that I have had in 3 locations in Australia and New Zealand, and that always draws a crowd where ever it appears. I hope this is it.
The thing with using peanut butter is that it's medium roasted while indonesian peanut sauce is medium dark roasted. It's ok if you want a quick sauce using peanut butter but saute it in a pan until light brown, and definitely add spices like this recipe.
Would not recommend keeping it more than a few days in the fridge. If you want to store it longer, would suggest freezing it instead. You can keep it frozen for anywhere between 1-2 months.
Hi..alternatively you can add some more water maybe 2 or 3 cup and cooked on low heat, keep stiring it don't let it burnt. Let's say until the water subside and the consistency just like the one on the video. Add some chopped lime leave if you like to make it fragrance, and some fried shallot at the end. Then this sauce you can keep it for longer outside or better in fridge. You can use for salad dressing or even sauce for satay. Good luck👍
