    Don't let that cute hair bow fool you. Veronica's sessions are always going to get you to push your limits, and this one is no exception. Didn't think I'd make it to the end, but Veronica always encourages you to keep going... "You're tougher than this", and I was and am! THANK YOU!!! I'm mixing this up with my other endurance & speed workouts created by both Rachael and Veronica. Love it, and love this channel!

    Love this workout! Coach Veronica is so encouraging and insightful throughout. 20 minutes and done-perfect for people who struggle to squeeze exercise into their schedule.
