In Brazil, my family always does olive oil + vinegar + lemon + salt + oregano + rosemary sauce. Always taste so GOOD, we eat salad like herbivores.
Edit: It's not rosemary sauce, the rosemary is one of the ingredients.

It looks like the dressing ingredients are olive oil, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper. The herbs are a little bit harder to see because she pours it so fast and it doesn't focus. It looks to be a blend of herbs. Probably oregano and basil. The best thing about dressings and sauces is that a lot of the herbs can be interchangeable.

To call this a "recipe" is a stretch. It's a basic salad, basic dressing. I'm sure it's tasty...because it's an EXTREMELY BASIC SALAD. what is the point of making the weird lines of veggies if you're just going to toss it? And once again, it's just a basic salad. Everyone will be saying "hey, it's salad!"

My low fat high carb wife is disbetic and on blood pressure medication, metformin and is still 30 prrcent fat, mine is 11 percent. If you drink 5 glasses of wine without eating you will have taken low calories, but fatty liver, huge belly. Insulin resistant and inflammatory dis ease like cancer, heart disease will be around the corner.sugar makes you hungry, carbs make you fat anfd omega six oils make you sick.go to mcdonald and be hungry fat and sick😂

My Indian mind constantly saying me that ... If you know , u have to toss all these after adding spices etc.
Then why you dressing all that veggies in a good manner 😁😁 after all within a sec. u have to tossed it
Suggestion - if you really like dressing then mix the spice with individual veggies and then dressed it like this 🤗

    Not the bland tasteless chickpeas!
I make this same salad, but I toss the chickpeas with olive oil, salt, pepper, ground cumin, paprika and garlic and roast them first.
Roasted garlic is much tastier than raw garlic in the dressing.

I love chick peas, it's a great source of protein if you are vegetarian or vegan. I would do without feta cheese and opt for a ricotta cheese. I love cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, olives, radish, red onions, and carrots. Pakistanis and Indians make a similar salad. It's called a simple salad that we serve with any entrees. It's cucumbers, tomatoes, lettuce, red onions, and lemon. We make a dressing with yogurt, mint chutney, jalapenos, raw mango, salt, and pepper. We puree it and serve it and it helps cool down the spiciness of a dish.
