Full transparency, anyone on "low downforce" is likely using MDF aero package wing HDF front wing [high and med are options for front when MDF is used). Low downforce aero has not been competitive anywhere. Even Spa and Monza majority is using MDF. So it's not too bad. In the old F3 LDF would work but it took some skills. MDF was usually not enough top speed for the grip loss until you went LDF.
It really, really depends. As the cars get quicker, the drag usually increases as it's worth it. Example, Road Atlanta is just on the edge of 1DP (front df) in the LMP2, but Fuji is 2DP.
Yeah lucky I always continue the race after damage if I can, that helps me minimise the damage of IR loss. And also I do a few races in the week that can boost it back up 👍👍
Good racing! and I like the editing experiments seeing battles from different POVs 'live'!
Yeah, channelling my inner La Broca 😂😂😂
Great Race Tony, barely held you off!
Glad it was only 30 min!
Mate! It was fun trying to catch you, but the p3 spinner helped me a little! One day I will "wave kindly" as I overtake 😂😂😂
So mad I missed the race this week. US time change messed me up haha nice race Tony
Booooo to the time change! It sucks I don't know why we still have it!
Low downforce is very tricky at Suzuka. Impressive drive.
Thank you! It wasn't too scary to be fair, the scary thing was hoping not to get punted in the esses 😂😂
Great Race - no way could I handle a low downforce setup, but Kudos to you - must be super satisfying surging past each car with no effort!
Thanks! It's wasn't that scary to be fair, and easiest way to overtake is on a straight, but I'm glad the drivers didn't punt me in the esses

very nice video with all those alternative cams, good drive :D
Thank you mate! Gald you enjoyed!
setting up for straight line is 100% worth it on iRacing.
It works at suzuka 😂😂

@@Tdi99 I made it one corner in my race. I assumed qualifying P4 would make me safe, but P5 rear ended P3 in T1, who spun into me.
Low downforce but you drive like you’re on rails. Where did you get your low downforce setup from?
It was a majors setting that I lowered the wing a little more, it wasn't that scary to be fair 😂😂
You after 2 bad weeks is 4.3k. 😢 Meanwhile I'm on the struggle bus between 1500 and 2000.
