Hey, Michael! DC is less problematic when it comes to unwanted noise, especially when running isolated DC outputs to each pedal. But there is still a possibility for power cables that are supplying high current pedals to generate noise if the power cables are running alongside audio cables. The challenge is that there are many things that can cause unwanted noise... and when you have unwanted noise, the troubleshooting process can be complicated.
