Property rates have tripled in the last 1 year especially in new Chandigarh and Mohali and all that because of the fake builder lobby. People need to be more alert and aware and should boycott those areas where rates are exorbitant.
Look at the property rates, they have increased the property rates to sky just after corona. Common person cannot afford it and every month builders are increasing price of property of kharar and zirakpur.
