I would say that this is one of your most informative videos yet. Especially for me being a retiree and ready to move soon. I'll probably need something maintenance-free and with RV parking. 55 and older community would be great 👍.
Thank you Jimmy! I realized that some of the same questions I have about Nevada's benefits, others more than likely have as well. The 55+ communities here are definitely low maintenance -to no maintenance, I've seen several w/ RV parking 🙌 Where are you moving from and why are you wanting to move?
@@livinglifeinlasvegasnevada I currently live in the suburbs of Chicago. Illinois doesn't tax my pension. I haven't taken SS yet. They don't tax that either. However, the property taxes here are getting out of control. That's the main reason for me moving out of Illinois. It's just me so it should be an easy move. 👍
@@jimmyj5099 I heard property values are getting up there. Maybe I’ll do a comparison video from Illinois vs Nevada. I usually have a good time making those types of vids
