    Mine is getting control of my clothes. I have lost over 60lbs and need to donate the clothes that don't fit. I am ADHD and bipolar so I fight procrastination and very low days. I also am my husbands caregiver which can be a lot to deal with. I know you understand this and we will both accomplish these things and more one day at a time.

    Proud of you keep going strong. Water is not my forte either but I take water and I put pieces of watermelon in it or grapes or whatever fruit I have and that helps. Good luck on your health journey.❤

    Yay, so proud of you - you did it and did it well! I am committing to meditation very first thing in the morning. What electrolytes do you drink and what gua sha tool do you use?

    Have some apple cider vinagre in you food and water. Really good for your body. I drink a glass of water with lemon and vinagre every day, especially in the hot summer time.

      @@SimplyRachelOBare I used to go to a studio, but since Covid, I’ve mostly done it at home. I found this great channel - “ Breathe and Flow”; they have all kinds of classes and also guided meditation. Meditation has been kind of challenging for me. How long did it take you to develop your daily meditation practice?
