I have been a customer for about a year. Very honest and knows these things inside out. I trust Georg with my FJ62. Not only he does a fantastic job, but he is always willing to teach you ways to uncover the issues.

Thank you so much for all your help over the phone with my boyfriend's conversion questions. He is a master fabricator and knows everything about all the domestic vehicles all the way back, but this is his first landcruiser. You have been awesome!

George. What sealer are you using on the paper gaskets? Can you just use the paper only?

Recently did a rebuild on my transfer case , I must have lost that flat washer you put on at 30:24 , found I was having trouble re engaging high range after being in low range , that lever must have been too low and just missing the high low shift shaft notch, meaning the high low fork would stay in low ( to the rear ) even though the lever outside was moving normally. Found this issue after the gearbox/ transfer case was reinstalled into my Landcruiser..... anyway managed to slip on a washer without the lever falling into the transfer case. Was cursing myself as I noticed how much up and down movement of the high low lever shaft before the transfer case was fully reassembled, wish I took more notice.........

so i've got play in the rear output shaft(toyota bj75, so its a 5speed h155f) and i want to open the little section to check it. is it possible to have the bearing removed like that or does the gearbox has to come out of the car? sorry for my english. kind regards. martin from germany.

Hey Georg, you said paint on the sealing surfaces of the output flanges could wear out the seals prematurely; does that also go for powdercoating? I'm suspecting yes, so maybe I should just send my flanges to Wit's End to have Joey send them to his zinc plating guy lol

Great Video, Georg and Cruiser bros --- But may I suggest changing the title to something that might show up easier in searches for Land Cruiser Transfer Case?
