"You should be grateful."
I guess that's fine
"You better not be trying to pull a prank with that"
That bassline stole my heart....
Bass getting a chance to jam out as hard as any lead guitar is always great.
Persona 5 really lends itself to your group's style. Really nice.
So true
Kinda cool how a cover of Layer Cake has blessed my ears on my birthday today,
I love it.
(Thank you all for the birthday wishes btw, I appreciate it!)
Happy birthday.
Happiest birthday!
happy birthday !!
happy late birthday!
Happy late birthday!
Come see us in Melbourne!!! We're playing 2 shows on August 5th, 6:30pm and 9:30pm. Links in the description
Just this song alone made me want to start another p5r playthrough
DUET. Err, do it.
We should be grateful… to have gotten such a groovy Friday jam
When the melody came in. "Oh s$$t yeah."
Consouls own birthday cake with a thick layer of jam - very tasty!
i guess i should be grateful
iwai is my BOIIII. and his shop's theme is the absolute definition of a jam and I did not think it could get any better , but here you are proving me wrong once again. Praise be to the jazz musicians of this world and persona's soundtrack team😌✨
This slaps way too hard for a shop song. Excellent work!
I've never played this, and neither have my students.
But we still vibe to this song every week
I should be grateful.
The tone is so perfect
Iwai would be proud of this
The Consouls: You Should be grateful
Cool… cool.
i love your persona covers. theyre my favorite.
Aw hell yeah, thanks for doing this one guys!
You guys are so good.
so tight
My absolute favorite track in all of Persona 5. What a tune, great job fellas!
You all nailed this down to a science, from both a technical and aural standpoint, this is just incredible. The bassist in particular is right on point with his funky groove, and the guitar tone is just perfection. You did an amazing job covering this and you should be proud.
... This cover take of Layer Cake is so damn awesome! I played this game around 2018 and played the P5R again in 2020, and this is the only cover that made me want to experience the game all over again!
That keyboard really stole the show! Fantastic new rendition of Layer Cake for me to jam along to :)
Great groovy cover, well done
what great quality and smoothness, guys you're just great!
Excellent cover
soo gooood and grooovy
This was so damn good. Thank you guys!
The Persona 5 soundtrack is so good, well done!
This is how you kick off a weekend!! Many thanks
Been looking forward to a cover of this song! Thank you so much guys!!!!!
Welp, my Friday just got made.
Просто потрясающе! Мне очень понравилось.
Обожаю Persona 5 Royal и музыку от туда!
fye
For real
LETS FUCKING GOOOOO
Saludos desde México ❤️
What keyboard and what preset(if any) are you using? I have no idea how I'm supposed to get that keyboard tone lol or what it's even called
It's trying to reproduce the sound of a Hammond organ, I think.
