Your holsters belong in a Modern Art museum, not locked away in some rich guy's gun safe. Every video I see you post shows your amazing craftsmanship and attention to fine detail. Using neodymium magnets for a failure-proof hidden retention mechanism is brilliant.
This was the first of your videos I have ever seen. I am truly blown away. My question is, do you take your art to market, and if you do, how might I obtain a catolog?
It is not until one watches a tape such as this, does one fully realise just how much skill, knowledge & expertise, is involved in producing such a beautiful example of your art. Thank you for sharing Sir !
Nice design and craftsmanship. I've done some leatherwork myself and can appreciate the ingenuity of the magnet placement. A new take on an old problem. Great job.
Absolutely amazing handwork and the details of this build are phenomenal to watch. Your toe plug fabrication with the magnet is genius Thanks for sharing your skills with us
лучшая кобура которую доводилось видеть, для такой отдельный стенд нужен и под стекло чтобы только любоваться, носить такую будет жалко) мастеру здоровья и процветания!!!!
Beautiful work as always. I love to watch you create. I've started to try and learn holster making, and being able to see the details of how you work is so helpful. Thanks.
Wow! I'd still be trying to set up that lazer cutter, trying to figure out how to get my paper pattern in it! Thank you for taking time to build, film, edit and post this video. Liked and subscribed.
I seriously would really like to own one of these holsters. My 9mm 5” Springfield Ronin is naked at the moment and needs new clothes ! I see the amount of time, attention to detail, and design that goes into your leatherwork and am seriously impressed.
I stumbled across this video just surfing the You Tube site. I was an LEO for over 30 years and never saw a holster so well made. Incredible craftsmanship. It looks like mums the word on who you are and if you make holsters on request. That’s too bad you could have quite a business going with the resultant backlog. Really nice looking product.
I am new to this but I am so impressed with the work that you do. I come from a very high end remodeling contractor background so I respect and appreciate high end quality. Your stuff is pure art. I'm 70 years old and just starting to learn this craft, mostly because I'm left handed and my holster choices are slim add to that I don't like boring. I love the white wedding combo. I'm in Texas, you're in Texas ( I'm not stalking) but if I knew where you were I would follow you home just to learn from you. Your work is so far above anything else I have seen to try to learn from on TH-cam. Please do more. I'm not sucking up but your stuff is so inspiring. I love the vinegar and steel wool thing, who knew?
WOW, the best looking holster I've ever seen, great work. And the strap, the muzzle magnet . You have one happy customer after seeing this. He will be having lots of conversations and questions when carrying this beauty. subscribed!
Yesssssss! I still don't know your name, but I feel like you are a close friend with how much I repeat your videos. This is literally in my top three favorite channels. You do amazing work
oh wow, this is beautiful... looking back at this video i really wish i could get something like this for my dad! He's an ex vietnam vet and very particular about holsters for some reason lol
Really enjoying watching your videos, most excellent craftsmanship. I happened to see the scrap tile that you use for weight and other things, has an Arizona Tile label, interesting company history. An Arizona company, the owner/founder is John Huarte. 1964 Heisman trophy winner. I coached his son back in the 90's in Tempe AZ. Not sure why I thought it relevant to Leatherworking, but good to know I suppose.
A beautiful work of art as is all of the items you create. One small concern is that if the strap is not used the snap inside the holster may scratch the pistol. Many thanks for the videos!
My mom made some leather bags, and i had to make her some hole punchers, i adore your "chekering" set, and your skill as well, this is first video i watched from yours, great👍
I've been working with laser cutting my leather, I'll have to try wetting the leather. I've started using an air assist on my diode laser and find that it cuts much easier and cleaner, I believe it's because the smoke is blown away and doesn't refract the laser. That's my story, and I'm stickin' to it.
It has really changed the way I do some of my processes. The repeatability and precision just can't be replicated by hand cutting. Especially for small, complex shapes like the welt on this holster.
As soon as I saw the "Buckle" holding the firearm in the holster, I was running for my keyboard (until I saw the "Snap") That is really slick how you can unsnap with pressure from your right thumb. Very nice work ! You know, if you had a website selling these holsters (or other items) , I would gladly pay premium $$ for your skills. Furthermore, I would happily wait until it was finished. Zaine
Великолепная работа,настоящее произведение искусства.Вы большой молодец,было приятно наблюдать за работой настоящего мастера своего дела.Взял на заметку пару фокусов😉,если вы,конечно,не против.😏Здоровья Вам и Вашим родным.

Son, you are a magician when working leather, but makes my arthritis ache just watching you work. You are a true artist.
Watching you work is an education in design, problem solving, technique and craft. I always make time to watch and feel like it's time well spent.

Gorgeous holster. Is this your first time? Joking, don't answer that. Love the addition of magnet retention. Assuming those are rare earth magnets.
Thanks! Yes, they're neodymium magnets.
That is the best Holster I have ever seen. its actually art that carries a pistol
I admire the way you use parallel jaw pliers to pull and push the needle. A lot of guys would have used lineman's pliers or needlenose pliers. Liked.
Cool, thanks
Beautiful craftsmanship! Well done. Best regards, Richard

I never expected to see a laser cutter. New age tech now.
Thanks for watching! Lasers are a common tool for leatherworkers nowadays. There's so much you can do with them.
That holster is a work of art with or without the 1911
It’s a work of art alright…but with the 1911 it’s perfection!!!
Master piece great work amazing details and the magnet is a Plus
Thank you kindly

How do you like using the Laser Cutter for cutting the leather? I have been using a Cricut cutter for veg under 6oz with good success.
It has really changed the way I do some of my processes. The repeatability and precision just can't be replicated by hand cutting. Especially for small, complex shapes like the welt on this holster.

@Road Agent Leather I immediately went to check how much those costs online and the desire diminished instantaneously.
@@Nontacticalboy It's a small fraction of the cost of a clicker press and custom dies. And IMHO, so much more versatile.
