- An Honest & Full review of the new budget Holy Stone HS340 Mini Indoor Camera Drone 2021. Is this the best Sub $50/£50 drone? (amzn.to/3hPCbKW), I complete an unboxing, look at the specs and features and then test the flight. A great fun indoor drone for beginners, kids and those who want a nice drone to use when the weather not great outside.

Nicely done. This is definitely a fun little indoor drone, good to fly on rainy days when you can't take your HS720E or HS700D outdoors.

I discovered a feature of the hs720e which isn't mentioned in the manual. It beeps when left unattended. (Maybe 5 mins... I think)
Yes I noticed that on a couple of their drones. Think it like a battery saving warning

I bought one of these, the trim wasn't working and it always wanted to drift drastically and also had a set of spare props just in case it was a prop issue, I called them, they sent another drone kit, and the transmitter wouldn't work with either drone, and the controller I had wouldn't work with it for some reason, called again, and all they could do for me was a small discount on future purchases. So got stuck with 1 drone not flying correctly, and one that can't be used lol. I didn't want to put any money into buying a controller from another person that might happen to be selling theirs. Great vid tho 🙂

@@2CatMedia not after the aforementioned replacement drone that they sent out. All they could do for me was a slight discount on any future purchases.

Steven, What are your thoughts regarding propeller guards? Planning on getting the DJI mini 2. My HS720E is gone for good.
Unless you know something I don't about this drone.
For the mini 2? Well you be flying outside I'm guessing. I don't see need for them. Its a very stable drone. You can get a guard for it I think but honestly would not bother.

Actually this does really good outside in about 5-6 mph, and it can fly in higher wind as well. It's not an indoor drone entirely, if it was why would it have a camera on it?
