I quick froze my bell (to use later for stuffed green peppers) then vacuum sealed 4 in each bag ( just pulsed the bag till it was around the peppers good). So far there is no odor of pepper in our other foods, but then again they are all vacuum sealed too. Not sure if all that vacuum sealing helped, but seems too

I did a sauce that was so hot it was scary. So I worked on it and added sugar. Then honey. Then yogurt. Finally the BURN was gone and I made the best pot roast with it. Then I let it cook and had shredded beef tacos. I swear that sauce was so tasty my son in law wanted to drink it up. ❤. Going to see if I can do it again.

I often rely on alternative medical professionals. One such issue is for my brain damage. I learned of 2 things that were surprising yet a major benefit to me. The biggest was cultured buttermilk. I was able to ditch my cane immediately after starting using that. Another one was chilies. I never tolerated hot food well, but after experiencing the effects that the chilies had on my memories, I started eating them all the time. So I don't normally do this, but i am able to casually eat ghost peppers now. My medical degree came from a box of Cracker Jack's, and my information is definitely questionable, but based on advice given by true medical professionals my life has improved drastically and I cannot tout the benefits of chillies enough!

I agree with Lacie its not the heat it is about the flavor. I think I will try grow the Cayenne and Sweet peppers next year. I loved this video. Thank you for all the work you and fam do to bring us all these fun and important and entertaining things.🧸🌻

I combine Comfrey, Calendula, Camomile, arnica, and pepper oil (depends on what kind of peppers I have) IT WORKS AMAZING. I have used it for headaches and all kinds of pain issues.
