Yes, #7 NYM is one of my favorites. I actually leave it in my hair over night with a shower cap. My curls retain moisture once I rinse it out and style it. Thank you for your posting. I can’t wait to try some of the other masks you recommended.

I used to like Shea moisture, but their formula is different. My hair no longer feels the same. I do love their Manuka honey DC tho

im kinda new to the deep conditioning thing, maybe because i am a guy but someone help me understand. The products at the store that say deep moisturizing conditioner are not deep conditioners? its the masque's that are deep conditioners?
I've tried 5 of these so far 😊 I'm intrigued about the Bomba Mask. Does it just smell like cinnamon? or like pistachio? coffee? 🤔 I'm very picky about scents.
It literally smells like the Sol De Janeiro bum bum cream! It smells yummy! But if is a stronger scent!

Hi! Definitely stick to protein free deep conditioners for a bit, here's a few I love: Briogeo avocado + kiwi mega moisture superfood mask (a bit pricey but really good), Not Your Mother's Naturals Matcha Green Tea & Wild Apple Blossom Nutrient Rich Butter Masque, Miche indulge mask!

Of course! Deep conditioning is for everyone. If your hair tends to get oily quick, I'd do this once a week at most!

The manuka honey and mafura oil is suuuuper moisturizing it did wonders to my dry hair my hair looks so good afterwards (it detangles my hair too so thats a plus lol)

Camille Rose Honey hydrate leave in treatment.. I shampoo, use conditioner, hair masque & then apply the honey and let it dry… my hair is extremely dry too.. the honey is the truth and will moisturize the hell out of ur hair 😊
Shea moisture just doesn’t work for me the oil in it just sits on top of my hair and creates a barrier so no moisture gets in this makes my hair so dry
All shea moisture products? Have you tried adding heat to your deep conditioning routines? It's also a possibility that your hair may not like a particular oil in the deep conditioners
@@curlelia I haven’t thought of that but I’ll definitely take the heat into consideration and probably try to find a Shea moisture product with lighter oils

Does anyone know of a protein treatment with macadamia but oil and almond oil? It’s supposed to be mild enough for natural hair. My hairdresser used it on my and I loved it. Just can’t remember the damn name

it depends. sometimes products are too heavy for wavy hair so your waves won’t look nice.
