You have explained about the lock in very easy and simple way. Anyone can easily understand it.But Still i have some questions please answer them, it would be very useful for us
1) How we will get to know or any notification about battery discharge or cell discharge.
2) These cells are rechargeable or we need to replace the alkaline cells
3) Approximately life of the cell
4) What is the use of second RFID

1. You will receive a low battery message and hear beep sounds when the battery is running low on your Lock. To check the battery status, simply open the Yale Access App and go to Settings (the gear icon next to your lock). In the settings menu, you will find the battery life percentage.
2. The lock uses AA Alkaline batteries.
3. Regardless of the model you choose, the lock operates on four AA batteries. The battery life can vary depending on usage and typically lasts between 6 to 9 months, according to Brands.
4. Both cards serve the same purpose. You can keep one card in your car or wallet as a backup in case the first one is misplaced.

Hi, how to change the password without resetting. I dont want to change fingerprints or reset the card,I just want to change the password numbers.
It's possible but you need to remember the given password serial number. Once you start the process of deleting the passwords the system will ask you to confirm the serial number or you want to reset all the passwords.
1 admin ka ek hi config hota hain kya?
Ex admin 1 ka finger aur card nahi ho sakte?
Admin Sirf ek hi ho sakta hai or uske password bhi ek hi ho sakte hai. Ek lock ke 2 admin nahi ho sakte
What is the procedure to add fingerprint? Pls reply
It's very simple to add the new fingerprint. You can see the manual to add it but let us tell you.
1. You need the admin password access to add or delete any fingerprint. you can go to the admin setting by entering the master password and following the IVR instructions.
2. Select the fingerprint registration place your finger on the sensor let it scan 100% and repeat the process 3 times.
3. Your fingerprint will be added along with the user number. Remember
the user number to delete it in the future only if you want it. thank you
Set admin user ka fingerprint se nahi khula lock hojaye toh firse kaise uska fingerprint work karega .Har bar lock dikhara hai usse khul nahi raha
Kitne time tak lock rehta hai system agar set user fingerprint se nai khula toh kabhi finger dusty hai ya kuch aur reason se ,kitne time baad try kare.
aap finger ko proper clean karke use kareiye, ya aap admin password se use reset kar sakte hai
