Is it possible to use it with existing mortise or are these special one that. Because the night lock unlock with the code
The black screws have very small thread and are very easy to cross thread. Maybe include 1-2 more (same with the bronze things they screw on) i assume the cost for those is minimal anyway but could save some peopel from touble.

@@moes.official good to know, maybe also include a low profile strike plate since I had to cut mine with a grinder cuz it was too wide and I don't think many will have a grinder easily accessible

How about the battery door on the outside of the lock, anyone can open it and remove the batteries. isn't that a problem?

How can i manage all users and passwords on tuya app? I can't find how to setup the passwords. Or delete old users added directly on the door device.
Existing users can be deleted directly on the access control device. Deletion is not supported on the APP.
I can always unlock the door, when i put the bar down. For me it does not lock. What is wrong? I placed the Triangel down. Pls help

Yes it's basically always locked, only unlocks for 5 seconds so you can open the door. If you don't open the door in 5 seconds it locks again anyway. So basically whenever you close the door behind you it's locked (and fully locked if you pull the handle up)
Is this lock zigbee? Is it zigbee gateway compatible? I want to do an automation using Alexa and her, would it be possible with the ZigBee gateway?
Sorry, this is a wifi-connected door lock. It can be associated with scenes, but it cannot be voice controlled with Alexa.
Can I connect it to the MOES hub gateway?

It can be used as long as the network at home is normal. If there is no network, the remote function will not be enabled.
i have a home assisstant at my home it has internet and everything to manage my home from different position . Is it possible to import datas from this door lock in my home assisstant( fox example open doors, door is opened or not etc)

This is the NFC function. This is not an APP. The NFC settings of different mobile phones are in different places, so we cannot provide specific steps.
