Awesome project. I saw one youtube video showing a machine solving Rubik cube in 0.38 secs. Stepper motors can work that kind of speed. You can make it fast and a versatile cutter like a laser engraving machine . You are outstanding ...
Nice idea. I built one using Arduino and some old Epson printer. The benefit is you could load several pages at once and leave it cutting. I used the paper feed sensors and the whole feeding mechanism. Honestly it was a nightmare to get it working properly due to cutting the paper "in the air" with no direct paper support and how the plastic of the printer is terrible for screws and heat (to build the specific parts). Nice project, just saying an old printer has some benefits.
I have a question to ask. Do you need to include what library in Arduino IDE to make the coding error-free?
can i add another paper feed roller to it for guide paper extraction?
if yes do we need to make any changes in the existing code
You should use a 2 side cutter and cut on your way back as well. It will be a lot faster

Cool but i think blade needs atleast 45% angle for beter cutting.maybe thiner blade be better option.like👍

The PCB board works as designed. Make sure your order the 096 LED with the GND pin followed by the VCC pin. There are 096 LEDs on the market that are VCC first and then GND which will NOT work on the PCB. I corrected my mistake and the PCB works flawlessly! Thank you !

a quite good cutting mechanism can be taken from a fax machine that has such function.
Damn, I build one using a printer, never thought about this idea of using a fax machine. Wasn't aware of some having their own cutter.

I need to add two stepper motor to the code, first one work 45 digress after cutter motor stop and second motor move 360 digress after first motor stop, when second motor stop start feeding motor work.

мнизу светодиодную ленту, на головке с резаком фотодиод.
Только зачем это нужно вообще? Если нужна точность реза используй лазер с двух координатным перемещением. И точно, и универсально!
