K-Rail is _(once again)_ so unique and special, that even Google know nothing about it... *_Road Barrier_* - for the rest of the world...
In the road maintenance world we call them Jersey Barriers typically. There are different names because there are different styles that have different purposes.
Those are some squeaky boots. haha

It's a "T" Barrier.
