Straight up value.. I can actually write pretty good emails but still i couldn't find clients . Now I'll start working on long form copy. Also the writing proven copy by hand helps alot. I actually do this exercise every day and it has helped me improve a lot faster.

Like I will give you clients and you can deliver them. We will both decide a fixed percentage of share from what the client will pay us. It will benefit both of us.

Also of course I was turned off by the idea of sending hundreds and thousands of dms and emails just to get your first client. But I’ve noticed I’m pretty good at persuading people and I talk a lot when I’m comfortable. You should get your real estate license and start saving a chunk of each check to invest into some real estate 🤫
