What a fantastic, selfless and caring lady. I don’t take vitamin’s (occasional supplement on GP advice) but I hope she’s successful. Her background and determination is something to be proud of. The brand did look like a cosmetic but the access to the pills was great. So tidy! What a natural beauty too, with a gentle and clear voice! Great to deal with, I’m sure! Good luck with her health too!

I was hearing ENEMY so I turned on closed captions and it was printing the word ENEMY too. Thick accent and low volume.
I thought she said NME but I have trouble understanding some accents, so thought it was just me.

Good presentation but she needed to be more assertive and defend her offer more. When they brought up her credibility around nutrition I would have said, I am here to run the business, take care of the legal aspects and hire nutritionists. A lot of nutritionists could not run a successful business. Good luck to her!

I never understood why healthy people ate vitamins. If you're sick, have an illness and have trouble getting enough of the proper vitamins then I say YES, take supplements but otherwise, NO. Just eat the right foods which we are so fortunate to have at our fingertips unlike many third world countries. The only supplement that I now take at age 68 is D3 because I don't get enough sunshine but other than that I take nothing. I eat a lot of vegetables, fish, some seafood, yogurt, cheese and red meat. Those foods include everything you need.
I think far fewer young people in developed countries are able to afford a diet of fresh meat, dairy and produce than you might think. You came up in a time of great abundance.

I can avoid any major deficencies without having to to spend a huge amount of time working out the macros for my meals, it's a convinence thing, especially when already dieting.
Actually, the way produce are grown these days, a lot of them do not have all the nutrients they once had. Organic is not in everyone's budget. All people can benefit from suplements
