ain't gonna lie tho but the way this house presented by the host was better than the presello's and gonzales'. i've been looking for a host that'll give a proper tour of this house and i must say this one really stands out. the first time i saw this house was from gonzales real estate channel. i didn't like the tour because most of the time he was spacing out, he didn't know what to say so there's a lot of dead air and wasted time. while the presello's way of house tour is already in a long minute but most of the time they didn't really show all the details that needed to be shown in a house tour. anway, the introduction was nice 'cause it's short and detailed. i like how the camera man/men and editor(s) emphasized the highlights of the house in day and night scene. the host gave justice to the house details and gave a very classy house tour. one way to market the house is to have a good host that'll give you a proper tour! job well done to the host and the team!

The show kitchen needs to be reworked. But the location has no views and I don't think it's a premium location at all. For Php-72M & the cost of property tax, I'd like a house with stunning views. But if you're into real estate investing, you can turn it into a mini resort that ppl can rent for big family gatherings, corporate parties etc. Thanks for the tour, the host is a very good presenter.

Why can't we see the 'dirty' kitchen, laundry area, maid's and driver's quarters? A carport implies a roof covering the parked cars. Didn't see any covered area other than the porte cochère which isn't a parking area. What is the Filipino fascination with the ability to park 7+ cars on your property? Wasted space. A garage or carport for 2 cars and a few bikes should suffice. Visitors can park on the street. The presentation is 'Presello' style. Too much emphasis on the presenter and not enough on the property. I can see the front doors, I don't need you waxing lyrically on about them. Same with other aspects of the presentation.
