So I just found your channel. Just realized you ran the haunted forest half in canal. I did the full that day! That tow path sucks. I hit a rut and fell rolling my ankle. Completely wrecked my pace 😅
I'm all about the milk. Also my last marathon i ate a whole pizza the night before and felt great. Same with long runs. Eat pizza night before and all goes well .

If you can run 1:10 you should able to run like 15:20 for 5K. And maybe a 2:26-2:28 marathon?
