With Billy’s newest rework on the PTB, he’s become one of the fastest killers in the game. His overdrive mechanic lets him sprint at 13m/s with his chainsaw and with the iridescent engravings add on it gives I think a 20% increase to that which puts it at 15.6m/s Definitely not the fastest, but considering it’s a one hit down it’s pretty impressive compared to some of the other fast moving killers who only deal one health state or can only move fast through traversal abilities that deal no damage.

Add-ons to boost Clown’s yellow bottles would be really cool. I really wish his animation would change when invigorated. Imagine a clown chasing you with a normal walking animation, and then when he walks through the yellow bottle he fucking sprints at you

the perfect nurse nerf would be to nerf her blink speed, since theres not enough time between moving to the survivor and hitting them with an attack, because the lunge range can easily adjust the minor distance survivors made if the blink is accurate. In turn you could remove the blink cooldowns, to make her feel not sluggish like she is now without addons.
would have been interesting to start with the actual slowest movement speed achievable, probably some killer while on cooldown from using their power, for those that have a fatigue state, don't know which one is the slowest though

One of his add-ons gives him haste after marking someone, which would make his highest move speed 10% higher. (I believe it's 5.0m/s? 115% base move speed then you add 10% making it 125%, and base move speed is calculated from 4.0m/s. Legion can technically go faster with their BFFs addon. Also, PWYF, NOED, Devour hope, and machine learning should be fair game for all of the killers if permitted and bloodlust on top of that. This is the fastest combination if including perks for any of the killers. Don't get me wrong, theoretically the fastest killers would still be roughly where they are for the most part unless other major add-ons were forgotten.
the 10% from Adrenaline Vial is applied to all rushes, Crow and Rat apply starting from the second rush. with Adrenaline Vial+Blighted Crow you go a total of +46% rush speed by the end of your 7th rush, with Blighted Crow+Blighted Rat you only get +40% by your 5th rush.
Correction: Effects that give a haste buff are in relation to the base 100% movespeed of 4m/s, not the respective killer's normal speed. So for an example, the Trapper speed addon gives 5%*4m/s=0.2m/s, which brings his speed to 4.8m/s for the effect's duration. You probably calculated it is a multiplicative increase, which is how you got the value you presented: 4.6m/s*1.15=4.83m/s
It was taken from the official wiki though...And why would it always be taken by 100%? Going by your logic, a killer with agitation would go 4.4m/s which is very obviously not true.

theres a blight addon thats exactly like blighted crow but with 4% instead of 6% so you can get 16% more speed instead of 10%
