How do you ensure quality in your home construction when you decide to use a labor contract? Because contractor may not use proper ratio of sand and cement. Please answer me.

Yes. but it is not possible for an engineer to stay at one site full time. Quality housing is only possible if there is good skilled labour
@@ManosTryYes I agree. But even though if we have skilled labours, what if they mix less cement and more sand proportion just to earn more profit out it. Not only cement, even for other materials. Actually this is my past horible experience. Just like you, I handed over my house construction to labour contract. Me and contractor fought many times over quality issues.
