For anyone wondering, yes you can deploy into the black hole if you have missions available. The only thing different though is the loading screen. The planet is the same
Also. If you still remained near Meridia when it happened you will get forced FTL to Super Earth! Alert appeared and in 10 seconds FTLed and unique dialog from democratic officer "The crew was forced to initiate an emergency warp without your authorisation, in order to protect Super Earth's investement in this vessel"

Was on Merida doing an operation after extract I got an emergency pa and was deployed to super earth
Everyone who was on MERIDA when it happened (or in orbit) was FTL forced back to earth
@@portalman1677 ye it would be pretty nice if we could see. The planet get reduced to a black whole from Merida but that would be expensive to animate

I did one final eradicate mission on meridia and when I got back on the ship we got an alert
I was expecting a giant question mark with all that purple
