    Thank you for doing this video and to all your friends involved and sharing honestly their thoughts. I think it's such an important topic to be able to talk openly about and not shy away from by feeling we will be judged by others for appearing so weaker or lesser than the rest and recognising in fact all this is projections going on in our own heads, we are these voices to ourselves more likely. I think getting up organically everyday at 6 am only happened when I realised to want to give my plants that precious shot of airy morning sun so I can also look for new growth at a more frequent occurence each morning too. x @pandoras__hope
