Tbh I feel like the longest break you can take and get any sort of benefit from is 2 days. I usually cube every day, and anything longer than a 2 or 3 day break makes me noticeably slower when I resume
1. “Taking a break can help” After coming back from a break you will be missing a lot of old habits, so to improve you need focus on building up you good habits again and getting better habits than your old bad ones. 2. “lookahead is more important than finger tricks and turn speed” Until a certain point lookahead just isnt so important in getting faster, it does help but above 15 seconds it doesnt particularly matter more than improving f2l efficiency or getting alright fingertricks. 3. “Knowing what a specific algorithm does to the cube improves lookahead more than muscle memory” I will assume that you are talking only about f2l algs because knowing this for ll algs this is very advanced. Knowing what an alg does to the surrounding pieces helps with figuring out what the cube will look like after you do the alg but if you do not have good muscle memory you wont be able to focus on anything besides the current pair, both are important for good lookahead, but good muscle memory is more important. 4.”Just doing solves can be good” Yes Doing solves can serve as a replacement for deliberate practice if you notice the thing you have learnt something new and every time you dont do it you go back and practice it. 5.” Analyse your solves” get faster people to analyse you solves, they are better at cubing and therefore can provide better feedback. 6.”New cubes do not make you faster” Yes But new cubes are not the problem, focusing on getting the right cube for you will make you focus less on improvement, but some cube will improve your times. Also more expensive does not mean better. 7.”Lubing your cube doesnt improve your times much” What you are saying here is that overlubing your cubes is bad which is true. Just lube your cubes well. 8. “Learn the better algs first, instead of the easiest. Im a but of an alg maniac so my opinion here probably isnt worth much, but but I believe Jperm said that just learning an alg is alright because you can always change it to a better one, also I find knowing multiple of the same case is pretty useful
I feel like at your speed, getting good pll's will have a massive payoff. Well, at any speed really. But probably even more important than that I'd recommend learning double flicks. Your slower solves are pretty smooth, and the double flicks will probably make you faster than you'd expect them to
I don't understand how people can think that it would be a good idea to just click on a video to comment "first", as if that would be an achievement or something

Thank you, it’s somewhere around 9.5 seconds (not sure what the actual number is)

Cool vid about turning which is pretty useful
This was useful and I'm glad that you agreed with me on most things!
Also maybe upload like an ao12 or ao25 and ask for critiques
you deserve more subscribers
Thank you!
Please stop doing A perms from the back.
Seems a little passive aggressive! There’s a long list of things I need to improve but I guess I’ll add this
Lol how rude
