I’m in my 40’s and I finally have solved it. I can knock this off my bucket list. I can do the other 2 layers pretty easily. The top layer had me stuck for a while. Now I just got to practice it a few times.

Thank you for the video, not looking for competitive, but just consistently solving and had a really hard time with 3rd layers due to the guide I've used (some pop video) being overcomplicated at this point. Your approach helped me see a less complicated easier to remember way that now allows me to solve a cube in around 2-3 minutes and finally putting it together consistently at every step.
I was having trouble remembering the algorithms for the 3rd layer and almost always messed up my cube. This was so clear and helpful I could actually do it on my own now!

I have been trying to solve the cube for over a year now and I had only ever solved up until the final layer. I decided to try to watch a video on how to get the final layer and I'm so happy because I solved it for the first time, and I spent over a year trying to solve it and all I needed was 13 mins lol Thanks for the video. Same. Got tired of doing Sudoku. This is the third person I've watched teaching this and I'll say this is the easiest way to memorize moves. I've solved it twice using a different method (JPerm) but need to watch his video for the exact moves depending on whether it's a cross, dot, or line. This guy doesn't twist the cube in his hand and so it's a lot easier. Also, a problem with the others is that you have to reverse the move depending on which side of the cube you are working on. That is harder to do in your mind. I screwed up a lot moving left when I should have moved right and visa versa. And the other method on the last four corners you flipped the cube over to the white side to solve and the moves are very complicated. With his method you just keep doing the same 4 moves until a corner is solved and flip to the next corner. No twisting the cube around in your hand.
This is the best video as the pace is easy to follow along and you don't get lost in algorithms. Really great tutorial on solving Rubik's Cube!! I was stuck on final layer since so long but I followed your instructions and I solved the cube for the first time in my life. Thanks so much!!!

Thanks for going at pace I could follow with clear instructions. Other videos I’d seen forget that when learning we don’t spin the cube as quickly as experienced cubes do. Thanks for going at pace I could follow with clear instructions. Other videos I’d seen forget that when learning we don’t spin the cube as quickly as experienced cubes do. You makes the moves at a speed I can follow without having to slow the TH-cam video playback :-) finally i understand how to solve that last step others made seem soooo complex. Thank you

@@Zman872 I need some help I kind of have a hook but when I turn the edge so it's in the top left the other edge isnt in the right place so therefore it stops me from moving to the cross I would love to get help btw your vids leading up have been amazing
