It’s just reaching the full capacity of the shoulders! One of my shoulders was a bit higher and asymmetric: this exercise discovered its status and the healing process has begun. Genius to Moshe and you as well as done it with increasing intensity! Thank you

Alfons, this lesson was so yummy! And enlightening. Holding my wrist while side bending really made it easy to feel how I like to twist when I side bend. And it was already nice before the helicopter movement was added, but that put it over the top. Suddenly it wasn’t just interesting and relaxing it was also so much fun! And much more liberating. I absolutely consider this a full body movement integration lesson; my wonky right SI joint was so much happier afterwards, even though most of the movement was in the upper body. I did end up tossing aside my blanket - it was getting in my way and I had no trouble sliding freely without it. This one is going into my permanent rotation, thank you!

Thanks Alfons! The movements were great for mobilizing my shoulders. And there was a bonus, the magic trick when you made your arm disappear 😂

    Hi dear
    Wonderful video as always.
But my helicopter didn't take off....
I had to use the other hand to raise the pelvis.
But can definitely feel shoulder n upper back free.

This lesson is really interesting, especially when the two arms can really turn like a helicopter. I like the light in the video, the light is very comfortable. When I got up and tried to move, I found my arms were loose but my neck was tight. Do you have any suggestions for the neck?

My other lessons, and find out why the neck reacted like that, keep an open mind

谢谢爱枫老师 Thanks very much, Alfons! I’m a Chinese and I just curious which words you use for your Chinese name. May be 爱枫, it means love the maple(tree or leaf) and sounds like a picture of beautful fall season. May be 艾峰, “艾”is wormwood which is a plant standing for best wishes for family. "峰"is the mountain peak, and also means the highest level. 😄 Anyway, thanks so much for this wonderful lesson. It's so helpful for my arm.

Hi Linda, interesting question! 😄 I usually like to use 艾枫, I like the wormwood for it inspires dreams and allows insights deep into ourselves, and枫 because it has a tree and the wind, so natural. Of course 峰 seems to be more sophisticated and noble, but I like the trees and the wind playing in it...

I see! And great sharing! It’s quite amazing that you can say when and what is enough, and what is too much. ❤️👍 Just go as far as it’s comfortable for you, and enjoy that range. I also have my range. Everyone has.

@@ImprovingAbility im actually to flexible , but no shoulder stability because of damaged c4 with nerve compression ... so I do it like martial artists... never raise your hand above the shoulder kind of thing cause it might snap :D :D
