Hi apologies for the late reply. I used a few things to clean injectors seaclean2 was used it worked ok, the other stuff I used was liquid moly diesel injector cleaner that you pour a tin into your tank it was just as good as seaclean2, the last stuff I used and was happy with was ultrasonic cleaner from eBay that was used for to clean car parts I can't remember the name but most of its the same just don't use tap water try and use pure drinking water or deionized water that was the best advice I got. Hope this helps you.

How are he injectors after cleaning?
I’ve got a grey/blue smoke issue on my car and going to pull the injectors and use a ultra sonic cleaner first like your video. Did you do any ecu smooth runnning tests?

@@TS-ji1me this was years ago but after it was done the injectors were better with power coming back and MPG coming back. I had a slight smoke but nothing afterwards, if it is pouring out loads of smoke then you need to check the MAF sensor and check for boost leaks as that can cause issues blue smoke is burning oil this could be oil in the intake. Am not sure what car you have you could run a leak off test before and after, you can check live data but it won't really give you a proper reading leak of test will point to the injector that is faulty. If you can get the name of the injectors it might be better buying replacement nozzles and just replacing them it they don't cost much.

C M hi, thanks for coming back so quick.
The injectors look similar to yours, they’re Bosch ones too. It’s on a 330d bmw
When you cleaned them, what did you use in the solution? Did you take the nozzle off in the end?
I’m thinking of using one at 60c with a cleaner from eBay (seafoam) for about 15-30 mins for each injector. Then when putting back it back, using carb cleaner to check spray pattern and extra removal.
Do you think removing the nozzle is completely required? Or can just dip the nozzle in?
Feel free to check my other videos on my car issue
      Thanks 👍🏻

Is that plain water? Wonder if you could use kerosene as long as you don't leave it there too long

Hi Ovidiu Moruz , I used few solutions and there is only 2 I would use for diesel injectors the first was Sea Clean 2 if you your cleaner is not heated like mine use deionized water and heat It on a cooker and mix 2 cap fulls of the Sea clean 3 caps if they are really dirty, the other stuff I cant give you the name as I have forgot it but I will try and find the bottle it was super just one cap full and it removed the carbon right in front of your eyes I still think it made a better job than Sea clean!! but sea clean is just as good I have used others and I would say try that first :)

Hi I'm just wondering if you have a video for these injector after cleaning with ultrasonic cleaner. How the nozzle hole were looks like? Or tested on the handheld injector pressure tester. Also what was the model of the vehicle, these injector belong to? Thanks

hidid work cleaning process without dismantlig? i have a Siemens injector (mondeo) and i also want to clean it, but i don't find any information about tightening torque (if you dismantle injector)

when i took mine apart i just torqued them to FT (fu*king Tight) never had any issues, just cleaning them without taking apart you do see some improvement but the best way i found is to strip the tip off and so it that way you get more dirt out and the car felt a lot better after it. i would try to clean them without taking them apart and i will try and find the torque number for the injector is yours the TDCI 8v or 16v
