that works with Bluetooth as well if you have a touch screen audio system and connect your phone via bluetooth and adjust the volume to 40 to 50-ish and same type of sounds will be produced. my car is suzuki alto k10 and I have a after market music system installed in it and few days ago before watching this video I noticed this... always wanted to turbocharge my car but due to money issues i couldn't do it but this things works really.... you bagged the mileage and having fun listening to the spool up sounds :)

It's something called "ground loop", static noise generated on the audio output of the phone due to ground potential differences. As more voltage is pumped into the USB due to the alternator spinning up, this affects the noise causing that high pitched whine. It's an unwanted effect but it's kinda funny.
Compared to other similar people on YT, I think this is pretty sane. Granted, He might slam his head on the steering wheel while recording. But it's still pretty sane.

Use a ground loop noise isolator. its caused by having the same power source, and the different pitches are due to the alternators output
Just hit "Ctrl Z"
There’s videos on how to remove the sound.
You could chop up a usb cable and put a capacitor over the ground and ower rails. Should help somewhat.
