I've been doing fab work, welding, and meckanicking for 20+ years, and I can say without hesitation......You got skills...Well Done Sir....Oh yeah.....ignore those that say you "wasted your time" on an inferior atv...it's pure jealousy....Only a select few can do this kind of work....People like you and I,see something we like...we make it...Others,buy it...There is "junk" all around/in my shop...but it saves me a bunch of money....Keep up the good work.
Nice work. To those complaining about implementation on a sport quad, they should appreciate that the concepts shown are equally applicable to a utility quad, assuming of course that they have comparable fabrication skills.
You are an absolutely brilliant mechanical engineer and designer. You made this near useless sport quad (In the sense of it being anything utility wise) into a useful tool through hard work and brilliance. I envy your abilities. I always wanted to learn to weld, grind, paint and make things out of metal. If you got yourself a nice Utility machine, I could just about imagine what you could do with it.
You are good my friend, something you know im sure but I had to let you know, as a Mechanical engineer designer I have worked with many fabricators and your work is spot on as for the structural design. I just had a 40 x 40 enclosed building to start my shop. I have four 4-wheelers an a geo tracker I want to work on. Keep up the good work and be safe!
May I ask what you do or did for a living? You do fantastic work and it looks like your a perfectionist - I mean that as a compliment. For those yakking about his tires maybe he has not designed the tread pattern or size he wants yet. Thanks for a nice video.
The layout of your tools on your pegboard is really nice. It was a great video too. You should get some video of it running before the sprocket change and after.
Nice fabrication and paint. Just curious, why did you do all of this to a sport bike? If you would have gotten a utility quad it would have had 4WD, a lower geared motor, and many of the brackets you had to make.
both of yall need to chill its his quad he can do what he wants he may have tons of money he may have no money and as he said when he got it he didnt know what he wanted to the video creator you have some amazing fabrication skills and the perfection is on point the quad looks great and even the paint job is awesome props to you
Good video I like watching it a lot. I never got into 4wheeling until I was older. We form a group of ATVers to build a new trail system. Without the internet we couldn’t have this far. Have awesome day :-)
You , sir, are a talented man! Wish you were local to me, I need some sort of a box grader to grade my 300 meter long drive way. I have an Arctic Cat 500. Got me thinking...
When I have a plow attached it is a bit heavier in the front but I reworked the levers that turn the wheels to make it easier to turn the handlebars. I have made several positions on the levers so that I can change the hardness or the force with which I turn the handlebar. But for the kibble and the fairies I did some supports that you pull out when you need hardness so that the front is fixed like a forklift because it is dangerous to roll over if you have loads on the shock absorbers
First you must use plastic primer, then you apply some 2K filler(acriylic). When you sand all with 800grid sand paper you spray with base coat and then you protect all with clear coat(2K acrilic).I use anti scratch clear coat with 30% matting agent (depending on the manufacturer) to get 100% mate. You can also use mate clear coat.
well I think the guy has done some great work, I like the engineering skills, although you need the money and gear to do the job. Sorry to say I don't.
Can't argue too much with the fabrications skills but strapping all that stuff to a P.O.S. quad is questionable. I guess sometimes you have to work with what you've got.
Most of our youth ATVs have automatic transmission and electric start, headlights and taillights, reverse gear and hydraulic brakes. ATVs will make great presents this holiday season for all enthusiasts.for more info please visit goo.gl/1YGYrG

I applaud you for the use of the atv. Just brilliant.
You really have some Mad Skills. Great job on it.
this guy's fabrication's skills are sick
Very impressive work, specially on the finishing touches. I build a lot of stuff but never do finishing touches, I get lazy towards the end.
You and me both
Good skills on Fab work, just a waste for such a underpowered pos atv..
This is the coolest thing I've ever seen converting a racing quad into a work horse that's a way to save $ and have fun doing it
Hi MrBrutePower - brilliant ideas, thank you for sharing your innovations with the community. My hat to you, you are pretty inventive, Ciao, L

I must say, the camo is incredibly amazing! Very good work sir.
Wow! That was all top qualitity made! That all looks store bought and machine made. I sire wosh i could work like that. That most of taken a while.
The layout of your tools on your pegboard is really nice. It was a great video too. You should get some video of it running before the sprocket change and after.
I love the camo, and the trailer looks great. Im waiting to decide on my new quad, and all sort of mods running thro my head ... thanks for sharing
This guy must have alot of time and tools this is amazing
Very nice/excellent fabwork,both fit,and finish...Nice camo job..

Super nice work, Well thought out, I see a 60 inch mower deck coming soon!
Impressive workmanship and design - you have talent, thank you for sharing your ideas with the YT community, Ciao, L
Very nice work ! I wish you would have made all of your equipment to fit larger ATV's I would buy them for my 400 outlander..
LOL - you're having way too much fun with this;-).
Maybe is not the best position on front for the cans, but is a great job!! ;)
Beautiful work, you have an amazing talent in hand.
good job, now just need a Honda 4x4 lol
wow. some serious nice work there, gave me lots of ideas !
Some really nice fab work good job. I also wonder why a 250 2x4 was the platform for all this but you are obviously very pleased.
Amazing!
Good job brother
All the best from scotland
Really nice fab work.
Just, why all that work for a 4x2?
Anyway, nice vid.
Wow are you somekind of designer for this things they are beautifull wow again keep up the good work
Nice fabrication and paint.

Hi.
When I bought the ATV I did not know what exactly I need.
Eventually, I arranged ATV to my needs.
both of yall need to chill its his quad he can do what he wants he may have tons of money he may have no money and as he said when he got it he didnt know what he wanted to the video creator you have some amazing fabrication skills and the perfection is on point the quad looks great and even the paint job is awesome props to you
A man with skills like this will always have work to do or will find work to do.
Damn nice work and loved the paint......Enjoyed the video, plus gave me some good idea's. Thanks for posting it.
Super talented! But it's time for a bigger machine. I want to know where you get your calendars!
I feel sorry for that poor QUAD, that thing is not an ATV. Those tires wouldn't do crap offroad.
Good video I like watching it a lot. I never got into 4wheeling until I was older. We form a group of ATVers to build a new trail system. Without the internet we couldn’t have this far. Have awesome day :-)
Nice work, great extras
The bikes camo is so good at 2:00 its actually see through
looks good. Just to much stuff for that underpowered atv!
You , sir, are a talented man! Wish you were local to me, I need some sort of a box grader to grade my 300 meter long drive way. I have an Arctic Cat 500. Got me thinking...
Excellent work. Do you have a schematic for the front end loader you built? Would like a starting point/idea to modify to fit my 4x4 Honda Foreman.
I like the look of the black plastics way more than the look of the camo plastics
for a guy with this much talent. I don't understand why you spent money on this bike and not a Honda or real Suzuki or yamaha with 4 wheel drive.
Nice work. You should have just built your own quad while you were at it!
Thanks dude 🤘
Great fab skills, but wasted on this 2wd ATV?
Your very talented.I envy you.
Wow, imagination and a welder !
Very nice work!!!!
Great job man. Thats a knock off but not anymore after all you did to it
Its a suzuki
No its a chinese quad with suzuki stickers. Thats not that bad but the chinese engines aren't as reliable.
yes very nice work wish i had your skills
Super 👍💪👍
i like the calendar a 2:24 nice ta tas.
Excellent work. I have the same quad. Do u ever have an issue with weight? The front end being too heavy?
When I have a plow attached it is a bit heavier in the front but I reworked the levers that turn the wheels to make it easier to turn the handlebars. I have made several positions on the levers so that I can change the hardness or the force with which I turn the handlebar.

looks real aggressive what type of suzuki? i have an 04 ozark and it rips
How does it look now a days?
quite talented aren't you lol I'm jealous cause I'm not that talented...great job!
awesome work!
WOW great job !!!!
woow i'm impressed, nice job =)
This is great!
your a miracle you need to do my Honda recon ES and what is that ATV?
Stop at 1:36
how much did it cost? like thewhole ATV
what did you use for paint , that would stay on plastic and primers thanks lovely jobs
Nice work
What is the term used for the pull called in the front
hell, Honda, Polaris ect. could learn something from you. should design their stuff! awesome work!
5 minutes of my life I'll never get back

great job !!!
Can I purchase plans for this or buy it
where di you get the idea of the loader / bucket ???
One day I was surfing the Internet and saw the loader for ATV. That's when I got the idea that I need something like this for transporting manure.
very nice!
That atv is right gay but ill admit ur very good at fabbing parts up good job you should do it on a real quad thou.
Wooow!! Extra :)
Pure genius
1:38, 2:07, 2:24, 3:44 look at the wall
Dont know if id want the most explosive part of the add ons (gas cans), be the first thing that you hit in the front...not cool.
super
Is that thing reverse
impressive!
well I think the guy has done some great work, I like the engineering skills, although you need the money and gear to do the job. Sorry to say I don't.
Молодец!
Hi I know this is a really late question but is it 4x4
No.
Can't argue too much with the fabrications skills but strapping all that stuff to a P.O.S. quad is questionable. I guess sometimes you have to work with what you've got.
Awesome
that pic at 1:38 tho😂
