Very cool David! You do an excellent job of showing how to do it without spending a huge amount of money. Thanks again for another great video and ride on !! 👍📽🇺🇸
This is exactly what street riders need to see! I can’t tell you how many close calls I’ve had almost hitting a bike while driving at night. People who ride at night in the city’s without headlight or tail lights are insane. Even a simple smart brake light for a bike is better than nothing. Also Amazon sells blinker and brake kits. My question is how did you get street legal? I’d love to actually register my bike, but for now I’ve been running a moped plate from a wrecked bike 😂 Good video as always brother.
Awesome. I have the same bike, I ordered a 7 inch light bar and it fits perfectly in between the stock mounts for the big stock light. And then I ran it to a drill battery adapter off Amazon and put it under the seat, had it for 6 months the drill battery hasn’t died once.
I have a predator 420 in my bt200x. Fits fine. If you get the gopwersports big block adjustable plate you can run it straight chain, jackshaft or torque convertor.
Love your videos! I use the same battery setup to power the headlight on my massimo mb200. Just bought a massimo mb200s, would love to see you work on one of those one day! Ride on Mr Black!!
I got the idea from you but my mini bike is the Coleman ct200u ex I did the lights on a long time ago I had like motorcycle batteries and they were heavy thank you for giving the idea use these lithium ion battery packs😊
That battery pack is cool, I did something similar on an atc70 but with the Milwaukee m12 battery n adaptor but just for cool factor cuz south Texas would never tag it 😒😩🤣
@@royleemelendez7430make some vids did u have to get a new mount cutting the old one off did u use rubber spacers to delete vibration ummmm let's think is the gov removed what carb man u can make alot of cool vids on all that 301 predator right?
@@SpACeCruizeR2o3 no rubber spacer the vibrations really isn’t that bad but it might be something I add in the future just to test it out but I saw in some videos that adding rubber spacers only cause the engine to shift causing the chain and sprocket to be out of alignment because of the torque
I'm watching. Got my axis 200 with your makuni carb, limiter removal and straight pipe. Question looks like no option to get turning and break lights feeding off my charging coil? Looking to see how you do it this way.
this hurts my brain, I would go from the red hot wire to white feeding the switches, yellow to the headlight from the switch, orange to the tail, and red with a trace to the brake and black returning the earth on all of them, but that would all change if indicators were added, then I would throw in green and brown just like a trailer plug & use that colour coding

Glad you enjoyed it!
Are you sure about that?
He has a 50,000 dolllar minibike collection! lpl :)
Your wiring game is strong dude good job! Way organized. It'd be cool to see you start racing these things at a track
It needs a 10 million candle power spotlight on the back to blind the pigs so you can make a clean getaway!
Another great video...keep up the good work !
Thanks, will do!
This is super easy, thanks and great video!

In Arizona you can register a bike with a certificate of origin or a surety bond . Check out the street legal videos on the channel.

Awesome set up! Check out the Mega moto playlist. I have a similar bike with the light bar set up.
Great video Mr. Black! 👍
Thanks!
Would love to see a gx390 in a bt200x frame BUTTON ⬇️
dude I had a 340 and everything to mount it, then I blew the motor 😭
@@grassyplays6601 get a gx390 bigger better comeback lol
Yessir I got the gx340 I’m wondering how the hell im gonna stick it in something with how wide it is, without running a torque converter

Thanks for sharing the video. Im gonna do this to one of my big tire bikes and see if i can get one street legal in wisconsin here😊.
Smart idea for a video. All the guys I know riding minis all talk about lighting. They outta watch this so I can see there bikes at night
Always Watching sir 😊
Nice work !!
Here's an idea! I highly recommend investing in a gx390 or similar big block build, a totally different ball game
I'm working on a big block now. Video might be out Wednesday

will you post more bt200x videos? its rare to find good bt builds on youtube
I’ve got a bt200x with a predator 301 and that thing is a beast.
I guarantee you this will be the bike he puts a big block on im so excited because we all know there's no replacement for displacement 💪🏼💯🔥🔥🔥🔥

@black66 can we get a video on a set up for blinkers too??..
Do you need left and right directional turn signals to make it street legal in your state?
No I don't. I can use hand signals.
where did you get tab that's on brake handle mine doesn't have one
They came with the bike .
Does anyone know where to get the switches for the brake levers?
Links for the parts used are in the video description .
Thank you. Found it.
Hey @black66 do you think if I I use a horn off a ram it will suck that thing dry on that battery or would I be fine
I know you may have another video with the links to these parts. Would you mind adding a link or referring me to one from your past videos
Just type in black66 lighting and all his vids with the links will pop up dont be afraid to go in his channel he has Playlists made ect

Does your bike have charging coils in the engine?
@clintelder7203 yeah. Not sure if it pulls enough juice for a handful of LEDs.
Brother. My mega moto 80 is completely lit. Only thing I don’t have is high/low beam. (Easy fix).
@@paulpinto8400 I was wondering about that what’s the fix
I’m pretty sure the answer is a headlight with low / high beam elements. I don’t think I would need to change any wiring

Im gonna use a Ryobi 40v 4ah do you think it could damage something or am i safe if any one knows let me know thanks.
I'm slowly getting around to doing this. Kids come first tho.
