I’ve just made this again. It’s a blooming incredible recipe. I added 1/4 teaspoon of ground cumin and 1/2 teaspoon of paprika to the bread crumbs this time which made it even better 🤙🤙

Your bechamel needs to be a bit thicker and let it cool down first before spreading it on the chicken. When it heats up again in the oven, should be perfect consistency. Love the editing 👍

Yes it sure can, after bread crumbing the chicken place it in the air fryer to cook through and crisp up before adding the sauce and cheese, place back in the air fryer to melt the cheese. Hope this helps
Looks damn tasty mate, but if I may possibly suggest trying a slight variation; if you season the raw chicken rather than the flour you will be able to control seasoning levels much easier.
Take a perfectly good chicken breast, bash the chit out of it, cover it in breadcrumbs then deep fry in melted lard, cover in cardio vascular clogging bechamel sauce then grate over half a pound of full fat cheese, then grill . Beautiful.
