    Thank you for the great video! Just one note for you and your subscribers, we do have more sizes coming soon targeted for these Mopar applications. That includes the 305/35R20! Keep an eye out for those to be available in the early fall. Keep smokin' those tires, we'll make more!

    This is the best review I’ve seen on these tires. Mustang guy are sleeping on these them. My car makes over 1000hp & on low boost I can get them to hook. Of course on high boost they don’t. But for the price of these tires the 315’s hook pretty good.

    Damn thats nice if someone gets a 1.5 year use of it lol i got about 1 month on my first rear set and on my 7 th set i got 3 days 😂 now i just keep my foot off the pedal and no more burnouts im at 6 months with them and still have 50% left

    • @TattooedCarCulture
      @TattooedCarCulture  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      😂😂😂... it sounds like you have a lead foot (which isn't a bad thing), but ANY tire you run isn't going to last if you do burnouts all the time.... but, again, that's why I love these cause they are affordable enough to buy multiple sets for this reason 😂👌

    Will 305's rub with stock wheels and on all 4 corners on a 2017 Scat Pack non-widebody?

    • @TattooedCarCulture
      @TattooedCarCulture  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Most likely yes due to sidewall buldge. If you have stock scatpack wheels, they are most likely only a 9" wide wheel.... and I wouldn't mount 305s on those... I'd stick with a 275 tire on those safely

    Thanks for the in depth review!
    I've been looking at tires and want to go with the atturo az850 for my challenger rt shaker. I've read where bad roads cause cracks in the tire and living in Iowa, the roads are hit and miss! I'd say more shitty than not! Have you ran into this problem or heard of this cracking in the tread?
    I'm currently running gmax as05's and they are lackluster and not good at all when wet imo. Plus, they have only lasted maybe 25k. So like you mentioned, the higher price doesn't mean a quality tire. I'm on demon replica wheels and going up to 275 40 20 all around. I'm just trying to avoid buying and then have tread issues right away. Any help would be appreciated!

    • @TattooedCarCulture
      @TattooedCarCulture  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hey bro, no problem. To answer your question- No, I've never heard of (or experienced) the "tread cracking" with these tires. That is usually a symptom of over-inflation of a tire anyways over time (not necessarily the tire itself), or running a really old tire... so I can attest in the several sets of these I've owned over the years, never had that problem. So I wouldn't worry about that.

    • @miked90123
      @miked90123 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @Tattooed Car Culture Appreciate it bud! I figured there was more to it. That's why I wanted to as someone who has ran them more than once on a similar platform. Plus, I never run full psi in my tires so I think I'll give them a shot. I don't expect them to last years, just wanted a quality tire that can handle some abuse, yet not spend double if I didn't have to. Thanks for your help

    This was a great video super informative and u answered all the questions I had. On my budget I can buy the continental and I currently have those but to save about $500 I will absolutely invest in Turo. I also live in NY so we get snow but like you I don't drive in the snow. Lastly how does it perform in the rain?

    • @TattooedCarCulture
      @TattooedCarCulture  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I appreciate that feedback Darren 🤜🤛
      As far as rain, they do well as long as you keep it under like 3000rpm. If you accelerate quickly, they spin... but with normal driving given the wet road conditions, they are confidence inspiring and do not hydroplane.

    Tire ratings are for continual use at that speed a tire rated at 168 can stay at 168 continually and 180 plus in short burst is not a problem the tire speed rating is for the heat and rubber composition ie it won't soften or degrade from continuing exposure to that level and centrifugal force on the steel belting .
    It means that the tire can be run continually at that speed without degrading the tires life and ability to perform as designed .

    Do you spin with these tires? I had a 315 nitto g2 and I used to spin a lot but when I switched over to a 315 nitto R2 I never spun and I always had traction but the R2s are a little pricy and didn’t last very long so I am looking for a new set that will last me longer but I don’t want to sacrifice performance. Is this still a solid choice?

    • @TattooedCarCulture
      @TattooedCarCulture  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      In my opinion this is the most solid choice for the budget price... brand new through about 6-8 months, they hook phenomenally for traction... then around the 8ish month mark, they spin a little off the line, but nothing like the g2s... I feel like the g2s I never really hooked with, and they are substantially higher priced

    • @chrisncars317
      @chrisncars317 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@TattooedCarCulture thanks for your input! I hated my G2 since they didn’t handle great and were a little pricy but I enjoyed my R2 since it hooked and worked wonderfully but barely lasted 5k miles. I’ll be ordering myself a set once I am in need of some new tires

  • @BX0207

    I just received a set of 4 and I noticed that the patch sypes are not the same direction on left and right side of the vehicle... I see that they are asymmetrical and it's very clear how to mount them..but why would they makes sypes going the opposite way..why not make a left and right side tire..ive never seen this before...

  • @BX0207
    @BX0207 3 ปีที่แล้ว

    Its odd that one side will have the sipes going back wards when mounted...
    Never saw that before...one side will be going forward like an arrow..then the Drivers side for example..the patch sipes on the outer pads..will be pointing the opposite way...
    they should have made the same principal tread..but left and right mount..
