Yet Another Arcade1Up Terminator 2 Mod - Weights & Rubber Grommets

Being brand new to the Arcade1Up community I've been looking at different ways to Mod my cabinets.
I've already added tension springs and better Restrictor Gates to my Joysticks.
For my T2 machine I did the cord hide mod...but thought it needed more.

That kick plate graphic looks really cool. If I get it I’m thinking of drilling some holes in the eyes and installing some red LEDs to make them light up.

I'm actualy considering getting the Midway collections, with MK1, MK2 and Ultimate MK3 on it. I miss the arcades, I mean I would love to have have one near my house so I could drop a few quarters a day. I miss those days. Great custom and new collection PPR, looks amazing.

If you used a 5/8 drill bit and a 5/16 grommet that’s why it didn’t fit. Should have got a 5/8 grommet or used a 5/16 drill bit.

I had a similar idea about using some grommets, but unlike me you actually went ahead and did it! I need to get to work on my T2! I do have that same front panel graphic already installed. Fixing up the wires is my next project.

Just don't do what I did and get a bigger size?
It's still holding up after multiple plays.

Okay wondered about the guns on this one. Recall the old true arcade cabinet they were stuck and didn't budge. Like that did the cord and this helps too.

This is a brilliant idea! I think they also make smaller weights for kitchen sink sprayers if you wanted a more permanent solution.

My game room has 9 arcade 1ups including T2, transformers and movie posters of Friday the 13th movies like jason takes manhattan and the new blood...also have posters of elm st movies, heavy metal and ofcoarse transformers the movie 1986
