Jaggery / गुड़ 2 tsp
Tamarind / इमली 3 tsp
Dry grated coconut/
शुष्क नारियल पाउडर 1/4 cup
Peanut dry roasted/
मूंगफली सूखा भुना हुआ 2 tsp
Sesame seeds/
तिल के बीज 2 tsp
Red chilli powder / लाल मिर्च पाउडर 1 tsp
Coriander powde r/ धनिया पाउडर 1 tsp
Garam masala / गरम मसाला 1 tsp
Turmeric powde r/ हल्दी पाउडर 1/2 tsp
Onion 2, Garlic 1& Curry leaves roasted
Onion finely chopped / बारीक कटा हुआ प्याज 1
Coriander leaves /धनिये के पत्ते 1/2 bunch
